The only thing which is tiring is that there are quite few staff to help you while shopping as a reason limited staff are highly occupied with all the responsibilities which ideally should be dealt with larger number of resource.Its a humble request to the Owner of this store to kindly pay attention since when the staff will be happy, they will serve the customer in the elegant and decent way and thats how the complete wheel spins

The H&M Store is located In Phoenix Palassio,Amar Shaheed Path,Lucknow.The store gives reallyClassy and beige vibes.The collection is very aesthetic and amazing.The price range is also very minimal and easily affordable.The quality of the clothes is really amazing.Highly recommended.It is very much easy to reach as it located on one side The mall.

Had a good time always.I feel this place is mainly for the starter.I wish I can enjoy the main course as well... Little to work on the main course part.

Recently I visited this store with my sister and brought a pair of earrings. When I tried the earrings at home, it broke in two pieces. I dnt know what jst happened bt they are selling very cheap product at very high price. Next time I will think b4 buying anything from this store.

If you want good and varieties of fittings then come here. Only foreign apparel brand where you can save some bucks. The store in phoenix palassio Lucknow isnt very big, but it has sufficient stocks.

Pathetic staff.They can waste time endlessly but cant assist customers.2-3 male staff can stand together near trail room and gossip but male partner of customer cant assist his partner during trial. He has to shout from distance to give feedback on dresses.Better you check it online and purchase

Quality of the products is good and they are pretty affordable too. But, the behavior of some of the staff members is extremely rude and it seems like they are too much full of themselves and the store. If they would keep the same attitude, the store wont be able to recieve the same attention its getting now, for very long.

Just cause its in a new and huge mall doesnt mean its got new stuff. Seems like factory outlet stuff with new tags. Didnt like it.
