It is waste of time to go there and ask for any book or stationary; I use to visit this place to take my books when I was in 11/12 th ; at that time it was good but now when I visit to take books for my daughters I am highly disappointed n this has happen to me at least 3 to 4 times; staff is not at all interested in listening to your requirements; 3 people were ideally sitting but they were depending on 4 th one to attend me.Even these days government set ups are doing good; they are par behind; if they continue to do so then I would not be surprised this universal wil b shut down soon.

One word expensive. Many stationary products are available, which are much attractive but expensive. No any discount on costly books but those are available with high discount on online either any other bookshop. Shopkeepers are good.Shop is also famous which it deserves.

Monopoly of school books and are not giving any discounts to customer...Money centric space.

Pathetic customer service. The shop is like a warehouse, with dust all over the books. Completely disgusting. On top of it, they are selling all books on MRP with no discount. I was disappointed by the entire shopping experience.

Its one of the best book store in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Here, you can find all the books related with your school. Every board book is available here. If you are a book lover you can find lot of novels and other reading books here. Manager is very kind. Parking space is available here.

Worst I would suggest......the stafs are very unkind.....gave me a wrong book in the bundle and didnt allow to check...... And later refused to change...... Suffered heavy losses...... Very disappointed.......
