I am a Oneplus User from years but today I visited and seen all mobiles available right now (9Pro, 9,9R,Nord 2) seeing all mobile reviews on youtube I thought to purchase OP right away but this time I thought why not give a try at OP experience store and after seeing all mobile and their prices I think OP has lost its own image as flagship phone under reasonable price but now its over priced. 2nd most worst thing is OP nord 2 is nothing but a Chinese oppo phone by comparing with old Nord its value is worthless as old nord is way more better in camera and performance. By seeing all these today i think its time to say Good bye to oneplus. Oneplus you lost me today and oneday you will lost your company in India as its going to fail if you are going for Color Os from Oxygen OS. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Company and phone is good bit the guard at door is uncivilised he dont know how to treat cistomer .Trained him properly it will affect on your showroom ..it might be a drop in ocean bit it surely affect you ..change the guard or trained the guard.

Here is the Worst customer service ever seen ! The employee dont have manners to talk to any customer. Showing attitudinal and mannerless behaviour to coustomer. Specially a woman employee have a rude behaviour towards everyone. OnePlus should review this Service Centre , and here the overall experience is worst in this store in than any other stores.

Pathetic service.Visited on Sunday around 7 pm.There was only one customer inside and the gaurd tolde to wait outside. Giving the reason that there is only one sales person.And I saw there were around 3-4 people sitting inside and doing nothing.I waited for 5 minutes outside the gate but he didnt allowed me to get in...There was another customer before me who left and me too.Thanks for the poor service providers.Phone I am using is awesome. I went to upgrade my one plus 6t. But now I would rather go and shop online.Hardly there is any kind of improvement will be done.But if someone is reading these reviews kindly update such type of policies. Faced height of unprofessionalism at the service center. And the disappointing service has been delivered.I requested for the same day replacement of the OnePlus bullet earphones but after wasting 2hrs successfully(wait time for inspection) and heated argument it replaced.Dnt know which kind of policy they are following and what all guidelines are provided to deal with customers.
