Mene 5 sep ko new hero kross k40 cycle nirala nagar store se khareedi thi. Unse new cycle nikalne k lie kaha but purani nikal k di. 3-4 din chalai to dekha kuch parts me to jung(rust) laga hua he. Minor scratchs lage hue he. Fronts soccers bhi faste he. Front gear fasta he. They are fully fraud people . I dont know about another stores but this store has done fraud wid me. I have called on the given number for many times but there was no response. Now i should go for consumer forum.

Good stock of Firefox brand though customer dealings is bad. Very unprofessional and rude behavior of the owner n staffs as well. Ill avoid this store in future and recommend Decathlon instead.
