Worst bicycle shop in Lucknow (Krishna nagar, Alambagh). They dont have genuine spare parts of Firefox Cycle.Moreover, the owners servant by the name RAVI is extremely rude and arrogant with the customers and dont provide PURCHASE BILL.Unfortunately, owner never visit his shop and his this servant manages the entire show.

One of the worst shop in Alambagh area ...Dont trust the old man...khadoos hai sala😡Pehle to bahut badi badi bate karta hai..bad me nak thedhi karta hai..I will advice you to never buy or repair bicycle at this shop...and also they charge high cost to repair your bicycle.Kamaliya shop at Awadh Chauraha is thousand times better than this...Atleast they tell the truth..

Poor experience cycle breaks disk fails within 25 days and shop keeper charged rs.200/.. very bad experience.. My dear friends pls dont buy from his shop. Pls bycaught Agarwal Cycle Kanpur Road Lucknow.

Please do not buy from here , at the time of purchase theyll act like they care for our product but after buying if youll approach there then theyll tell you to go somewhere else and pretend like they dont even know you ..their service is worst*100 , they charge higher than normal for any workJust do not buy from here or youll regret later judt like me!

Its shop or hell I suggest you please dont buy anything from here. Firstly they will be very friendly then sell their goods but after you had bought it and ask servicing then will blame you that you are a bad rider. Dont buy from here

This is regarding my purchase of Cross tainrt and trademill at THE BIKE store alambagh LUCKNOW wnd i had made the full payment and he promised to deliver the goods by transport at my hometown Hardoi with of approx Rs.500 but after few days they declined and told that the product can not be delivered by transport and it will be delivered by small transport velicle. And after 1 month they reached our home with the product with alot of scratches on it . And we refused to accept the same . And they damanded fare of Rs 2000 but we have not gave any amount . And thereafter its being 1.5 months they are unable to deliver the product and when i asked fr my payment they are saying they will return the money after deducting 2000.Very poor service and management.
