Ok let me make it straight. I went along with my wife to purchase a scooter.And obviously it was a big fanfare for us.But the kind of ambience at showroom we met was really very ordinary.Sales executive was interested in us only till we made the deal.Once we made the payment he was nowhere to be seen.And the delivery of scooter along with keys was the worst which we never expected.Come on guys, we bought a scooter worth almost 1 lac and you didn’t even had the courtesy to greet us out of show room and hand over the keys?The Mechanic who installed all the accessories plainly handed over the keys telling us that the service booklet, invoice and insurance papers are tucked inside the seat.My wife gave him a small tip and he too vanished almost as quickly.Obviously we didn’t buy a lofty car or something for which we would have expected a grand bouquet along with sweet box, but at least they should have shown some basic etiquette of greeting a customer and handing over the keys.Just a Thank you and goodbye along with a smile would have been suffice.@Aditya Sky Honda: You missed to make a customer smile after visiting you.^Hope someone from your team sees this and ensures basic training of customer handling to your sales team.All the Best

One of the worst honda centre , staff will take care till you make payment after they never listen to your query , worst staff members , don not visit this centre

Polite staff good work culture.

Very poor service. Unprofessional staff. They did not inform me on when my number plate and RC for the vehicle would be available and I had to constantly follow up with them even though they always mentioned that they will intimate me via phone calls. They also charged me for a body cover but failed to provide the same. The internal coordination amongst staff is also sub-par and they can be seen regularly fighting/cussing in front of the customers.Would recommend Beeaar Honda as a much better dealership.

Third class service. They dont even have courtesy to inform about the registration status. I had purchased activa 2 months back. Till date no information about registration or no. plate.

Fast service and Has many branches of aditya sky honda - patrakarpuram, chinhat, Indiranagar etc. If desires to do servicing on weekdays it may take time. Very helpful workers at patrakarpuram branch and it is away from traffic of main market.

There was no place as of customer waiting lounge, no drinking water facility & varoius other non supportive talks with customers while at desk taking vehicle in for service job card

Worst service ever , they are way too eager to sell you a two-wheeler and once you buy it they show what they really are , I bought a activa 5G , right after that they didnt send the money paid to them for the registration and ate interest on it by keeping it in their account , I got by number given to me 3 weeks later and then came the number plate . Now how hard is it to attach a number plate ? They have been avoiding me since 3 days , the first day I went to get my number plate and get it attached they said that the tool used to attached the plate was broken and they had no spare tool too ,imagine that , now they have ordered it but the tool hasnt arrived , its been 3 days that I got my number plate but it hasnt been attached to the scooty . One of the biggest showroom in Gomtinagar and look at the quality of service .

Cooperative staff, went a little early but the manager got it done in few minutes. Horn was to be repaired. Thankfully it was done with no extra cost!
