Very good experience comfortable stay. Hotel management is good. very good hygienic surroundings and situated at very nice location.

Just beside SGPGI where we had some work. Doesnt have any kitchen. But simple eateries are around which can even deliver food in the hotel room. Supportive staff. Generator backup is there, except for AC. Room was big with basic amenities except geyser. They dont have WiFi support. My Airtel dongle was useful. However Vodafone and Idea is more predominant there.

I stay with my family members and experience very good atmosphere in this hotel. We feel very homely. Every necessary domestic items can get very near to the hotel. Have a great experience.

Very close to PGI hospital, i would strongly prefer for those who come to PGI. 12 km far from Lucknow main city. rooms and rates are good compared to OYO near PGI. free parking available, reception behaviour is good, carries small steps stair and lift, easy for patient and old age people and children. they require adhaar of all guests. you can get best and cheap food infront of the hotel at a dhaba named banarasi dhaba. i paid rs 800 for double bed a/c room and rs 240 for extra matteress. hot wated available, europian toilet available, small gallery attached available, wardrobe also available. if you go to PGI and you have to stay then its a nice option.

The Hotel is alright. Pros:Near SGPGI- At a walking distance.Daily cleaning of rooms- though they dont change the sheets everyday.Multiple food joints near by.Cons:The washrooms are a little dirty.There are some rooms which dont get sunlight.No self restaurant

Room does not having geyser . Hot water only provided after 7.0am to 11.00am. hotel is having Baba Adam times Lift with iron grill. Hotel best part is that they r having car parking for 7 to 8 small cars. Room is big and spacious than any lodge/hotel.

I have been to this place. Good place to stay. But I did booking through mmt and I could not figure out the location, so I landed this place as of its low price. This place is gud for those, who have an appointment with doctor in sgpgi otherwise its of no use for travellers like me for few no. Of reasons.

Very bad Hotel please its my humble request to you to go with this employee and owner are here only for business and I will never stay on this hotel , employee name Ramesh and night shift manager is very bad in nature.. I am going to raise complaint on PMO because they are involved in many unusual activities.

Gud hotel...staff behaviour is also good. Price is also reasonable.

Room phone was not working . There was a strange smell in the bathroom because it does not have a pipe installed. But staff is very good and supportive . I think One footboard should be placed near the bed to wipe the feet and go to bed.

Rooms are nice and spacious. But you have to tell everything to the staff three times. They do not clean room or change linen on their own each day. They did not clean my room even once in 3 days. Biggest drawback is there is no restaurant in the hotel. You have to go eat outside.

Most unprofessional staff. They misbehave with guests. I booked a room for two days and paid the first day charges as advance. But when I checked-in, the person at the reception said that if you do not vacate the room next day by 12 noon, we will keep all your luggage outside the room. I complained about the matter to the manager at the reception but he didnt do anything about this misbehaviour. The owner of the hotel was also sitting their itself but instead of asking his staff to behave, he started an argument with me and talked like a goon...They do not know how to behave with customers and have a cheap way of talking...Pathetic place...

Budget hotel ; not very clean. Charged me Rs. 1500/- per night for non Ac room which is quite high.
