OMAXE IS THE WORST REAL ESTATE COMPANY OF LUCKNOW. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST TO BUY FLATS IN OMAXE. THEY NEVER DELIVERED ON TIME. THEY TAKE 10 TO 11 YEARS OF TIME TO COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION. RESIDENCY 1 HAS LOT OF SEAPAGE AND LEAKAGE. WORST QUALITY.
