Worst staff..they are all slacker..Went there to get an account opened but they just shooed me away even though i had all document..At least they should do the work for which they get paid for..

I am a pensioner & getting pension from SBI Court Road Saharanpur. My PPO No. CCA/MPT/Pen-101/8983/PPO-8152.My revised PPO was sent by CCA Lucknow to CPPC Jankipuram for further action on 9/5/2017. This PPO was not meant for CPPC Lucknow it was meant for CPPC Delhi.CCA Lucknow requested to return the PPO on 11/09/2017 but no action was taken by CPPC Jankipuram even after a lapse of one month time. I personally requested over phone to return the PPO to CCA Lucknow but its of no use.I am bringing this point to the notice of the concerned authorities to take immediate action in the matter under intimation to me.S D Tyagi
