Current lady manager of this bank is very insolentπ‘she dont have manner to treat costomer. She is actually mad such behaviour of any bank employee is highly unexpected and unprofessional π‘π‘π‘pagal aurat
Horrible experience. People love wasting your time here.2 full days were taken to open a PPF account and it was still not done. Absolute horror of an experience.Branch manager is a rude woman who does not have the capacity to listen and understand a problem. Also saw her bossing around the rest of the branch staff.
I think it is one of the worst branch . From class 4 to branch head.
Bank employee and both bank manager are rude.I have a back problem, and that cashier first dropped my check on ground, then try to threaten me.Also they gave less note in the bundle, so guys always count your money. Worse experience #SBI
The bank staff is very unprofessional and without requisite etiquette required in banking sector. They are least bothered with customer satisfaction in these times when private banks and bending backwards to lure customers.Considering the branch is located in posh area of Gomti nagar a suitable manager and staff should be appointed if desired and willing customers are to be retained.
The staff is very uncooperative. They exceed their already very long lunch time. Then also they dont want to help you. This place is worse than a govt office!
Very poor behaviour of staf..
Highly inefficient employees . Specially the cashier and Pandey ji are most lazy employees. They never shows willing to help customers. Most of the employees are not aware of complete banking process. Normally the lunch time is 2 to 2:30 but these employees takes more than hour for lunch.I would suggest donβt open account here unfortunately it is my home branch and Because of their behavior I donβt want to deposit any further money in my account . for normal phone number update I had to visit multiple times so I decided to close my account.I regret why I opened account in this branch.
