Very poor service. One of the worst branch of SBI. Staff behavior, attitude, response etc un desirable. In last 4 years regularly going to this branch as I do have my pension account. During 4 years 3 branch managers changed. All managers were a dummy. Staff was dominating him like anything. Staff was always dominating manager all the time. Change of staff may help in improving the working culture. Thanks. wmanager

I visited branch for joining another account holder. The staff supported and cooperated fully.
Worst bank in Lucknow,their staff is really rude,the lady manager talks very rudely.Please forbade to open your account here if you are thinking to do so,else you will regret
Please do not open an account here, the staff is extremely non cooperative, my old grandfather opened an account here about two years ago, and I remember about 2 months ago when I went there with him he had two with about 5 minutes just for making an entry in the pass book though there was no line, do you know why was he standing, he was standing because Staff member responsible was busy on the phone and you must be knowing that the old ATM card know are not functional and my grandfather also had one an ATM card and to issue a new debit card he filled an an application like everybody does but when he got his Debit card because of some issues there was some error in the card and when the staff member was told about it he checked the card status and told that the card was alright and to say the card was alright he didnt even required to open his computer but he saw the card and said its alright. After all this my Grandfather didnt Hesitate his account to another branch.
The branch has sufficient space for the customers to sit and wait for their number on counter, but no token machine is working in branch. And staff is non-reactive. I just asked for GCC machine, is it working or not, as a staff i know the pressure on staff for usage of GCC in branch, but firstly i had to ask twice about it, and then he said, it is not working..Very disappointing..I was expecting much better from the staff, as they are working in better conditions.
SBI has worst banking service. I have given a simple transfer cheque within sbi two accounts. On first day the officer assure me that it will be done on the same day., But it did not. So i went next day why it is not transfer. That day they told me they lost the cheque. Please come tomorrow. So I went third day again, then they told me they found the cheque and it will be transfer by today evening. So I wait wait wait, but on the end of third day, the transfer not done. I mean now a days, other banks cheques have cleared within 2 days, and in SBI a simple transfer will take more than that...Its WORST SERVICE ....
