Very Bad Experience. Interest Rates increases very frequently but for reduction you have to 12k or 6k every time. Sometimes EMI would not get deduct for n number of days and message shows in customer portal that you are in default for n number of days kindly pay the EMI and when you try to pay via online it will inform you that ECS is under process kindly contact your area office then when you call them they would not pick up the phone.
