Worst customer dealing ever! The owner of the shop is an extremely hot headed and arrogant man! Went to exchange a wrongly purchased item & he behaved so rudely. Not willing to exchange and shouting in front of customers. Humiliated his own wife in front of us just because she had agreed to exchange the product. And the owner after unwillingly exchanging the cream, poured it all out into the drain in front of the shop! Imagine the amount of arrogance in his head. Never going to that shop again. Would recommend all to go to Cake Decors instead, a much better shop with cheaper rates.

Owner was extremely rude and arrogant, her tone was very loud and was talking very rudely for absolute no reason. Customer dealing is very bad and the staff was not helpul at all.

The owners are quite cooperative, they are always open to initiate new ideas and make their customers aware of the new updating products available in the market. They have a wide range of moulds. A person who is interested in baking and cooking , just the right place to buy all the ingredients and the garnishing stuff under one roof.

The place is just wonderful all the products of baking and cake decorations are available here. Besides this all products are branded and good in quality. Dealing in world class Bakery Ingredients and Brands.

I have been visiting this shop since last few years and its a gem hidden in the narrow lanes of old lucknow.Obviously its in the congested place Ganeshganj so reaching here is tedious just like the rest of aminabad🤭..The shop is a bakers paradise.The price is more or less same as other shops in Delhi/Mumbai;obviously there might be few things slightly high priced(logical).You get each & everything related to baking under one roof.I am usually attended by a lady working there who is a pleasant person and i have had no issues till date with her or any one else.Only advice:Please update your fb pages etc so that more & more people know about this fantastic shop.You guyz really need to advertise your self more as Lko is lacking in shops dealing with baking essentials.

Only place where you got most of the bakery products, as in many other shops you are not getting many things. Customer service is not good, worker are rude many times, if you are buying something from here then clearly see expired date and Soo on as once you out of the shop and want to change they refused it.

Limited varieties available. Google map location is not correct and better call the shop to know exact location. They accept only cash so b prepared
