One of the oldest sweet shop in Lucknow. My first visit to this shop. The place was crowded because of the holi festival. The have a wide variety of sweet and Gujiyas. We also ordered Dahi vada. I must say it was different as what I see in Delhi but yes this was super tasty and simple. Totally recommended.

A friend of mine got four boxes of assorted bites for me from lucknow. I have tasted sweets a couple of years ago and they all were delicious. Now the taste and quality is extremely poor. Can’t recommend their sweets to anyone at all. Sheer wastage of my money and goodwill( because I gave the same to my friends)

Talking about my own experience..I went here today to exchange some sweets which was denied at first but when I had a word with one of the employees at the cash counter...he agreed to it as nothing was opened and gave me his precious time to check what is available and get it packed..even during so much customer rush..Thanks to him..

Chhappan Bhog is a nice place but very crowded area in market of sadar bazaar, I ordered 2 Aloo tikki and and 1 basket chat and 1 matar tikki, well u really dont like the taste of matar tikki and the way they make matar tikki...

Great place to buy sweets especially JALEBA is great product. Chaat is also pretty nice.Parking is a great drawback though , security guards also have bad attitude towards customers.

Sweets are definately upto the mark. But other items like samosa, Khasta extra lack their authentic taste. Samosa cost Rs. 20/- per piece, at this price point you definitely exept some unique things in that dish. But actually its way below than a normal shop samosa. It lacked taste, was too plain and seemed it had very less masala, Taste of filling was very plain. Portion WAS LESSER than a 8rs samosa. You can have 2 samosa and still wont fill your stomach. It was very less in my opinion. Though they claim they cook in desi ghee. But there are numerous shops which claim the same thing. Chappan Bhog being such a reputed brand should equally consider all their products at same level of quality, dont charge premium just for name of the brand. Its already established. Try to make your products better in every terms. Buying 2 samosa at 40rs and still not getting the taste and portion is seriously a no-go. Also, Staff behaviour is not professional, If you come here to buy small items, they will not entertain you. Not expected this kind of behaviour from such big brands.

Absolute delight. Moti-choor laddoo, dahi batashey, Aaloo tiki chaat and matar are must-try items. Parking is a hassle but the area is to blame for that. Social distancing is not up to the mark but again, where is it anywhere? Its good at whatever it serves and it is reasonably priced.

Had Kulfi Falooda. It was yumm. They served in a disposable bowl with a cap so it was a takeaway. And of course the covid protocol is being followed. No queues or entering inside the restaurant.

Chappan bhog almost till 5 years back was very good, but now there quality and quantity have gone down drastically and also they are now getting arrogant because of there name that earned.Especially that tikki wala person he acts like he is the owner of half lucknow so arrogant and so misbehave person.I recommend not to go to chappan bhog again ...I feel even a normal thela wala makes better chat then these guyz

These guys are fraud. I recently purchased a combo box of Kaju Katli and Mewa laddu via Swiggy. These fraud fellows sent Kaju Katli and Bhoondi laddu. Bhoondi Laddu is 400 kg and Mewa Laddu is 700 Kg. now tell me arent these guys frauds???

Best sweet and chaat shop in Lucknow. Sweets are high quality and delicious. Savoury snacks are amazing too. I love their chaat which is made in desi ghee and very hygienic. Aloo tikkis, dahi badas, matar are amazing. For dessert we get kulfi and hot jalebis. In food heaven every time we come here. My favourite shop since I was a kid and it is now as well. Newest addition is basket chaat. Mix of little bit of everything. Delicious!!

Heaven for sweet lovers the variety of sweets here are in large number that it will take atleast 2 visit to taste them all. Choice of snacks are limited but still those on display are perfect.

Its one of the oldest and elite sweetshop in Lucknow Sadar (cantonment) area.Recently renovated , sweets quality is superbly consistent, hygienic and very very tasty.The chat and pani batasha stall is great too , just thats its a crowded area, so dont imagine parking spot, seating space or any other luxury.You need to stand and eat and rush to.your car if there a chaotic traffic jam caused by your car.

Khasta kachori and mini gujhia...awesome taste !! Must try if you are going there.. fyi - Kachori is available only on morning till 11. In evening u can have samosa and tikki which is also good to have.

Worst Kulfi i ever had in Lucknow.....Worst Quality look like they have added cornflour in the kulfi.
