Had a wonderful experience with Crocs. I called them from Delhi and made a request to deliver a pair of crocs in Lucknow. They were really helpful and delivered the crocs in 3 hours. Special thanks to Mr. Asad Husain for his help and support and to Mr. Shadab for delivering it on time!I would definitely recommend this store.

Hello Guys, if you can afford a bathroom slipper of Rs 4000 then may be you like this store. All middle class people should beware to buy anything from this store. Note please check the price before you make the payment. Employees are so rude. Not recommended at all .

Incompetent staff....dont even know how to react with a customer...go for online shopping rather than going in there..

Crocs gomti nagar, Lucknow sales manager is completely incompetent and obviously do not know how to behave. Crocs flip-flops that I have purchased are damaged. When I contacted store manager to ask for an exchange or refund, he started behaving rudely and tried to create a scene. Really not worth my time or money. They cheat their customers by selling cheap duplicate stuff.
