Recently used services of Bharat taxi for an outstation cab from Lucknow to Farrukhabad. The driver Deepak was courteous and drove sanely. The driver details are shared the evening prior to your journey. There is some small token advance that needs to be paid prior to confirm the booking (though a very small amount). The taxi arrived precisely on time. Also having used the services of other major taxi aggregators for the same journey I felt that Bharat taxi was around 15 percent cheaper. All in all it was a good experience. Would recommend their services.

I used their services for long distance travel. Demand was high(as wedding season was on peak) so they charged a little more than usual market rate but still I got taxi on time.Good services on their side but in my case 3 mediators (brokers) were involved in deal which finally became real pain.They hired taxi from any travel agency and that travel agency hired taxi from an owner. This created a communication gap between them and during final payment I was asked to pay 3 different amounts by different parties.

I called to the given customer service number and one of the representative (Her Name was Pratibha)has picked up the call and disconnected the call without given complete information. I thought that call was dropped due to technical glitch but that was not truth. Pratibha has disconnected the call as she has accepted and talked so rude. My over all experience was pathetic at first time. At the first point of contention was unprofessional so I cant aspect more. Company should take action against her and share feedback that do not talk rude over the call. For more details they can listen recorded call.

The service was very good and and punctual to time... Infact 5 min before and behaviour of driver was friendly and supportive.

One of the most pathetic cab service. Beware. I recently travelled through Bharat Taxi cab and they were completely unprofessional. They sent me a pathetic driver who brought a PRIVATE CAR by which we travelled from lucknow to gorakhpur. While returning back, because of DRIVERS FAULT, the car hit a huge truck. Me my wife and my 1 year daughter were severely injured and were hospitalized. There was no help or support from bharat taxi people. My family has been facing medical issues for more than 2 months now but Bharat taxi people do not care at all. Sorry to say but if you want to experience a major accident, choose this taxi service. May God save you if you choose them. They have posted fake reviews on sites so do not go by the reviews.
