Wrong location

This is a hidden ICICI branch, which might not be the most eye-pleasing branch, but might get your work done. The branch is in a basement, and extremely cramped for space. Junk is kept here and there, such as an open air conditioner, some metal boxes etc. I went at around 11 AM on a Thursday and only one counter was functional. The other lady behind the counter was busy talking loudly, and for more than 15 minutes about her home errands on her mobile. It is another thing perhaps that one of the counter was completely hidden behind a Bajirao Mastani poster(not sure if that was intentional). No queue was enforced, and even with only 2-3 people waiting, people were forcing themselves on the counter, and the bank staff had no interest in enforcing any type of queue. I was also amazed at how the bank was managing its security, with the counter lady inviting one of the customer to come inside, have a chair besides her and update his passbook etc. at the customers leisure.
