Dear ABA Directors & TeamI am very disappointed to kindly inform you that its been a pain to associate with you since 2017 as a customer of Eastern Enclave property located at Rasauli Faizabad highway NH-28. I have NOT received my EMI (eligible for monthly return) for the last two years. It seems to be useless making more than 100s of requests over the phone calls (to Mr. Ali Khan, Ms. Tripti, Mr. Vipin Singh, Mrs. Priyanka Yadav, Mr. Neeraj Pandey, and many more companys employees). Even my initial emails have never ever been responded at all. Its a pity that Ms. Tripti on behalf of Mr. Ali Khan gives the next dates/weeks of the month each time over the call to make the due payments which never becomes a reality. Now, the first week of April 2021 is the next due date being given by Ms. Tripti for the payments so far.Moreover, Mr. Ali Khan (director of ABA) has blocked my phone number so that I should not disturb him for payments, my emails they never responded, any issues of delaying payments they never inform customers by themselves ..... this is what they serve to their customers and thats what my experience (worst) is with the ABA company and its senior/junior employees.Still, posting my problems/experience with ABA in anticipation that my all the due payments would be done by the end of this month and all the next months payments would be well on time. I hope this time it could be taken seriously or else no options except visiting the branch office.Looking forward to the positive ACTION to be taken ASAP, but not just the reply in words.RegardsDr. Chitra Shukla
