Its well located inside Sushant Golf City and providing all daily needs items to the residents. However, since there is no competition the rates are on the higher side. Once LULU mall opens up next to it with a similar or better mart like hypercity, Spencers, More etc it will face stiff competition.

The store staff is often not that interested in helping out,often there is a lineup at the cash register...where the staff is notmally unwilling to open a new till to help the customers out...it has a monoply that it is the only decent store around ansal...

Very good place to buy usual stuffs.

I went to purchase some toy for my kid and the price they charged is almost 5 times of the original product. The Mrp printed on the toy was Rs 85 and they charged me Rs 450 for the same. When I asked why so much difference then they told if you feel the price is high then better to purchase it from outside. I suggest to go for online purchase rather than wasting money here. Im attaching the picture of the toy price tag and bill for reference.

Well as the other reviews pointed out, very short sighted sales, that is true. The one thing is, I am not sure of other shops in the locality that have the same items that they do. (Mozzarella Cheese, Pringles, Pizza Base etc.). (Please let me know in case there is)I usually order from Amazon Pantry but the problem is it takes 3-4 days to deliver. So in case I need something fast and the other stores in the locality do not deliver it, I am forced to order from here.1) Ordering process is a bit of a hassle on whats app as you have to type the things you want then they will come back with what all is not there, then you ask them what do you have and order gets delayed.Best if they had their own web site (As the .com in the name suggests)2) Out of the 3-4 times I have ordered, today was the first time they screwed up my order (No Issues, we all make mistakes) and now are saying once someone orders from my building only then they will rectify it, could be today, tomorrow or next week (Not fine, it should be rectified then and there). I did inform that during office hours it will be difficult to come as per their convenience but no response. (Today is a Sunday)3) Lack of Communication:- The delivery people have the condition that they will deliver it to the guard and you have to go there and get it. Nothing wrong in it, but they need to inform the same during purchase. ( I may decline accept accordingly). (This is something New I got today earlier they used to allow the order till the house.) There are times when I will not be able to go to the guard room and get it and would prefer going out in the evening and getting it myself when time permits.Bill No.- T4015713Edit:- I ordered again on 10th December, The eggs were broken. I asked to re-fund the amount or replace the broken eggs, they said they will replace it ASAP. Today is 21st December and now they started ignoring my calls/messages. Very unprofessional.

This is the most pathetic shopping space I have ever visited. Full of overpriced substandard CHINESE PRODUCTS and sense less boys at the counter who are not willing to listen what customer has to say, instead keep on pushing for sales. I bought couple of eatables, toys, and other household and to my shear surprise all of them were not worth it. Guys please avoid this place and go to Wallmart Best Price located near to this store.

Extremely disappointing Customer Service...At first I was happy to learn about the new grocery shopping option around Wallmart Lucknow (Best Price) but soon realised players like these with ZERO customer orientation cant survive for long.Wud like to share a case in particular wherein a faulty product was billed to me when I came back about the same, the store dusted all responsibilities about it saying “anything outside the store-door wouldn’t be our responsibility “I was shocked to receive this response in an era where customer service by players like Amazon, Best Price and many other stores is something to learn from...I was amazed at this short cited business sense to operate a store of this magnitude and completely dismiss a customer complaint like this.Would not recommend AT ALL...
