Has blocks named alphabetically from A to E.Built and alloted initaly in 2012 by Lucknow Development Authority in association with reputed company in construction Larsen & Turbo i.e. L&T.Having said so the building has strong foundation, with 3 BHK flats and 4 BHK Penthouse at 7 and 9th floor in some blocks of the apartment. Society office is situated on ground floor of the complex.It has a beautiful view of Gomti river visible from the 10th floor from the back side.

Its super , surrounding super clean and 24*7 gaurds are present.

Good society room and flats are spaceous with 2 lifts. Society is registered only issue is no public conveyance is available to commute .Few malls are coming up nearby may be it will improve later.Piped gas is also available now. Swimming pool or community hall is not available yet

Worst construction ever seen. Very poor maintenance. Lots of cracks and moss around all towers. Looks like they are 200 Years old. I am amazed how people are living their.
