This project doesnt have a club house. They claim to have it but the club house which was made with residents money was later sold to outsider and being run as a small hotel for anyone and everyone. If residents want to use it they have to pay for every facility separately for every individual. Like gym charges are 1500/- monthly for one person... so for a family of 4 you have to pay 6000/- per month. Same is for swimming ... This money is apart from your society charges which is 2 rs. per sq ft... depending upon your flat size. So 4 member family from a 3 bhk flat actually has to pay 16000/- with gym and swimming. Entry of this so called club house is separate not connected from inside...
