Parking issue everywhere. Good enough to stay. T3 public but sl class behavior.

Nice place , not like those extremely expensive ones but good place for families to live. Security is good with all those security cameras and security guard . People are very helpful too. The biggest plus point is its location because its not too hot here and the weather is very pleasant.

If you are looking for investment purposes I would like to say every Appartment bisnin resale and it wont be worth it to invest.For residential purposes its okNo elevator though.

Not all people living here are family members. Bachelor living without restrictions.. Drinking and creating havoc in the society.

Not a place you can live with family. People rent their flats to so called students. But those bachelors drink and create uneasy environment for everyone.
