I am an IIT IIM student and needed a quality flat where I could work for my initial career. After series of visiting and exhausting all the possible flats in Lucknow, I came across this Apartments. Felt really positive after examining the flat and talking to the owner and immediately took a flat on rent. Here is my Review:A well built multistory apartments in Lucknow,. A nice view and beautiful garden just next to it. All the Rooms are spacious, Kitchen, flooring, bathroom tiling, Sanitary ware, doors, windows, everything are of very high quality. Everything in the flats are at their perfect condition. Though it is well connected with Marketplace, the locality is very peaceful and one wont get disturbance from vehicle noise. Security is prioritized, assisted with latest CCTV cameras at every floor. One cant find a better flat in India at the given price/rent.Best for settled families who want a quality and peaceful home, and for small families/students who wish to live a quality life at a very very reasonable rent. One would feel proud to welcome guests/relatives here.On top of it Owner is really helpful , treats you like his family and will assist you in everything.
