Dr sanjay is good but the staff and management of the hospital is very unprofessional. They will make you wait for 6-7 hours without any proper sitting arrangements. Also the hospital charges for suture cutting of their own operated patients.Worst experience.

I am writing my experience with Dr.Sanjay Kumar Srivastava after 23 years when I met with an accident near my house while I was going on scooter to my office in the morning. Immediately my neighbour came to the place of accident. As there was no apparent injury he asked me to come to my house. But I refused because there was some pain on my back. He, then, brought me to Mayo Nursing Home. A young and smart doctor attended me, got x-ray report and within 15 minutes diagnosed that there was hair line fracture in my back bone. Later, I came to know that name of the young doctor is Dr.Sanjay Kumar Srivastava. He instructed for bed rest for a month. During the period of bed rest, he often visited my residence and taken care for various medical guidances. After a month I stood holding his forefinger but I could not move a single step. He gave all types of medical instructions so that I may lead normal life. Since then there is iino after effect of that injury even I have attended an age of 71 years. Now I am going to inform the reason as to why I am writing my experience with Dr. Sanjay after 23 years. My wife is suffering from pain in her knees since few months. I then recalled Dr. Sanjay, got an appointment and went to Radius Joint Surgery Hospital. It was a big hospital having numerous members of staff. I was having apprehension about the extent of attention. As soon as I met Dr. Sanjay, told the problem of my wife, I did not find any difference between a young rising Doctor Sanjay and an established and reputed Dr. Sanjay. Very poor management....No communication given to pateint....I was forced to wait for 4.5 hours in open area with pateint age 80 who has problem in even standing....Asked to report before 12:30pm. Reached at 12:15 pm...Contacted reception..Comunicated that registration will start at 1 PM ..At 1 pm again approached reception and this time I was directed to another window where there were already 15-20 men in que..Managed to register by 1:35 pm...however, noInformation was given about registration no or when my term will come. Asked me to keep on dialing the recection no for update the term...The lady, who was sitting almost idle at reception from 12:15pm to 1:10pm till she started registration, didt forget to take icecream during this period, so as to make us realise that we were on a service window of a govt office...Very poor management...now, hospital will say you were walk in category pateint and you can not deserve a better service.... It can be improved by little involvement of hospital management

The doctors are comfortably settled in their chambers and dont think about the patients at all.Infact if you have emergency please do not rush to this place instead go to St. Joseph which is best for patients.The main motto seems to be money generation out of the pockets of patients.Pathetic ^infinity.

Dr Srivastava is good, but there is no consideration for patients and their kins time. Staff is pathetic, rude and money minded. The management has no clue how to handle appointments. Twice I came here, one time walk in and had to wait for 5 hours. Other time I took appointment for 4 days before and still had to wait for 4 hours. The staff is least bit of co-operative and behave like we are getting treatment for free. And then thier is partially too, people with source get appointment early and you have to wait even longer. All these things are not worth it.

Doctor is ok but patient are not treated well. On desk staff is so rude n having like they are king. If you some self respect plz void to go their .
