Really good and responsive services. The doctors hear you well and care to explain your diagnoses instead of just making a prescription. I have done both in-person visits and an online consultation. The online consultation was a bit more expensive for some reason but the process of registering and sharing of reports, etc. and the consult itself went pretty smoothly. Definitely recommend to all people who want their worries heard and hear honest explanations for their ailments (especially since hardly any doctors in Lucknow bother doing that).

A physical visit is always comforting and assuring, but I think online consultation can be a little more assuring.From my personal experience and multiple visits to the hospital I can say that if youre physically able to visit any hospital in Lucknow, do choose this hospital over sahara or any other, youll surely feel more cared and if you cant just visit the hospital look for for online consultation here. Doctors here are great listeners and extremely understanding even in online consultation, they take each and every patient very seriously and with utmost care as if theyre their own.The only reason I gave it 4 star and a little hesitation about online consultation earlier was due to the technology in use i.e an audio call instead of a video call, rest assured its very reliable.

While the services are okay, the hospital is doing its best to print money.The waiting area for attendants of patient is an open area in the parking with no facilities for people.For even normal services you need to buy an Orange Pass for around 50k so that u can sleep inside if ur patient is not in a private room.Also their arbitrary rules, stating you cant park here (despite the fact they have no parking of their own, they bluntly encroach roadside for their parking), or sit here this way that way makes it seem like any and every stupid illogical rule has been made.Treatment of your patient will come afterwards, first u will be heckled by the staff for every small rule.Also cant comment on medical services, only positive was the premises are clean and hygienic.Wud recommend to avoid if your patient needs to be admitted for a long duration.

It was a great experience of my internship from this institute, under the guidance Dr.Sweety Srivastava clinical psychologist.it was a fruitful session as I get to learn about this field.Dr. Sweety was very understanding, supporting and patient. She gave her 100% and made us comfortable asking questions without hesitation, she cleared my doubts and queries. She has an amazing way of breaking things down so that they are understandable, and would always keep it light and fun. She gave us plenty of time to give answers and solve cases which was provided to us.I was able to get a quality of education in such a short period of time(15 days). Her teaching method is great, very clear and concise. The most favorite part of this program was that maam was very thoughtful, who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material for us. Her sessions were engaging and fruitful. Very bad service. I went in emergency for instant relief from stomachache of my kid. Hospital staff and doctors immediately asked for admitting the patient without any diagnosis and were charging whopping amount for admission. Hello. My mother, who is 76+, was admitted (03.07.21) at the Chandan Hospital under care of Dr. Sant Kumar Pandey (Sr. Nephrologist) and his team including Dr. Dhairya Prakash Prajapati. Also would like to thank Dr. Pushpraj, Sr. Ophthalmologist for his kind advice. The services rendered were excellent and hospital staff was very supportive. The team of Dr. Sant gave the best advise and treatment to bring the abnormal vital parameters of my mother to clear normalcy, that too within a few days. They did not overdose her with the medicines yet did all what was required to address the need. This is all a patient needs that the physician attending him/her should diagnose and address the ailment as quickly as possible. Last but not the least my thanks goes to Dr. Ajay on the 2nd floor who did everything to look into the need of my mother. I have all the praises for the Dr. Sant and his team. You guys rock!! 🎉💐🙏🏻

Came here for covid 19 vaccination. everything is systematic and good. first we had the token No. according to the registration number at basement. then deposited the fee at ground floor. after that vaccination was done at first floor.only problem I faced with the medical condition vaccination. when reached at vaccine counter only then I was told that, I have ti fill a form for that which is available on ground floor. so it was inconvenient and time taking.Otherwise everything is smooth and efficient.

Chandan Hospital - A very big name, but its worst. there work is not accurate.. one of our family member is 9 months pregnant, and her gyneocologist asked her to take RT-PCR to get admission in the hospital to deliver the baby, unfortunately we called Chandan hospital to come and collect the sample for RT-PCR, they came and collected and they given COVID POSITIVE Report, but lady did not have any health issue or any covid symptoms, and the lady was staying in her room only all the time and was following all the covid rules and regulations, so we doubted on the Chandan hospitals report, and we were not satisfied with the result so the next morning we went to KGMC and took Covid test again, and thank god report was negative. And then we got relaxed and tention free.. but our last night was a doom because of Chandan hospital, and Chandan hospital has given almost a heart attack to a 9 months pregnant lady, i dont know they are doing it purposely or their staffs mistake, but whatever it is, its a very serious mistake, and we will take further action against hospital.

Worst service ever, doctors are highly unprofessional they are always busy on calls during consultation they discuss there tds deduction and income tax deductions, doctors are highly frustated and impatient today they misbehaved with my father who is a senior citizen. There is no clarity regarding CGHS patients norms to be followed. They charge full amount for diagonostic tests from CGHS patients, while other labs dont charge a penny after referral.They change the rules as per their convenience only.The overall administration regarding the billing and Lab is pathetically poor.Unnecessary Delay in reports are very usual here.

Two members are COVID positive. Booked to collect sample of children @ home 7 days back for RTPCR test. Till date, no one has come. No satisfactory response.Chandan hospital do the RT-PCR testing. In case the patient is positive, this hospital dont do any further testing. I am COVID positive and gone for related other testings, they straight away denied to do any testing. We can not expect any support from such kind of hospital.If things are normal why people will come to you. In emergency, such hospitals have lot of conditions. Please be careful before visiting such hospitals.

My mother in law was admitted in this hospital for oral mouth cancer surgery by Dr Swagnik Chaudhary. She had undergone angioplasty two years ago. So clearance by cardiologist Dr Manish was obtained. Cardiologist stopped not only blood thinner but also many other heart drugs and prescribed own drugs five day before operation .Next day after operation patient developed paralysis due to stroke. Paralysis after oral mouth cancer is unheard of. Doctors discharged her from hospital after eight days saying she will recover in due course of time.In home she was having respiratory problem. The operating doctor came to see her at home. But she died next day( within 48 hours of being discharged from hospital.Inspire of operating doctor being friendly, His and cardiologist’s competence is doubtful. There was no reason of her death within ten days of operation.I lost my mother in law. Beware and think hundred time before such operation in such hospital.

Chandan Hospital is too irresponsible to keep a job.intentionally delaying COVID reports. The first time due to irresponsible work they loosethe covid report after 2 days when we talk to them was like come and give again the covid sample we were like the patient is Ortho (he can not move) how can we come. Then they were like will collect the home sample. We still follow up but no one come then we decide to go to Chandan hospital and give a sample ut we visit again and they took an extra charge of 4k for emergency covid reports and told us you got the report within 3 hours. But after 15 hours we still not getting any reports.
