Swati is a very polite and sweet person.. everytime i called her she responded very nicely.. so i ordered on 11th aug and i received my order on 16th aug.. they were nicely packed...and every plant was healthy..only few(2-3) leaves were yellow and few were broken that was okay (im trying to propagate new plants with the broken leaves🤞).. and also i know that the plant will thrive again with proper watering and lighting conditions..❣️❣️ im so glad that i ordered plants from succulent crafty.. and i will be ordering more in the future

The price is very reasonable. I live in Kolkata. It took 10 days to reach. Ordered Christmas cactus, Gasteria and Cripthantas. The packaging was nice, but could have been better. The roots were well protected by tissue papers. The plants shipped were very healthy. Ill consider to buy again from Succulent Crafty. A 5 star for my overall experience.

The succulents with them are very affordable and the delivery speed is astounding. I have ordered some succulents on 30th august and they have reached me(hyderabad through delhivery) on 1st september morning. All the plants received are in perfect condition and the person swati verma is very patient and polite. She also gave me tips regarding their care post delivery. Also they have a good collection of plants compared to my local nursey.

Packaging was perfectly done, not a single leaf was detached to mother plant and succulents were exactly as shown in the photo. They also provide guidelines along with the package. I purchased 5 succulents from them which came in good shape all the way from Lucknow to Bengaluru.And size of each one of them was as mentioned by them.But some how I couldnt save my sempervivum just ended up propagating the pups it had and they were kind enough to refund half of the amount for the succulent which died.They give individual instructions for all the plants which and really liked.And also not to forget that they do have a wide range of variety to choose from.Will surely be buying more from them
