Its a very good hotel with attached restaurant and its very near to Alambagh bus station and very easily noticeable in the heavy traffic also. The service and the ambience is also good. The rooms are also very neatly maintained. The person in the reception was very good and helped me arranging a good transport for the local sight seeing. Room service is very good and the waiters are very polite and friendly. Overall its a very good place to enjoy with family and friends.

The hotel is just right for low budget. Food is good. The hotel doesnt provide pick up or drop, even on payment. Staff is well mannered. Linen is old and had to be requested to be changed.

Worst experience dirty towels, extra charges than those rooms deserve some staffs are not mannered. They switch off ac themselves from outside. Oyo rooms are much better than this.

One can barely walk inside the room which is just passable. However, the small bathroom is worse than that found in a pay&use one. Even hotels meant for shoe-string budgets fare better.

Pros:-1.Rooms were nice and spacious.2.Location was also convenient.Cons:-1. There is no parking available if you are travelling with your own vehicle.2.Service provided was not satisfying. Hotel staffs, at the time of departure were not supportive and were rude.3. Even if you take their Super Delux Room, they will charge you for water, that too with service charge, which according to them was compulsory (other taxes were also included).4. Plus they wasted our time,nearly 45 minutes before leaving, just to inspect the room before we leave, which was not at all appreciable.

Just near Bus stand in Alambagh, Hotel has beautiful environment, Cozy place, exclusive lift to easy movement of the hotel, hospitality is awesome and infront of hotel you will find newly developed Lucknow Metro rail. Well, rates for rooms are fixed and will not bother about any thing.
