Value for money hotel. Rooms clean and adequately furnished. Room slightly cramped with not much space left around the double bed. Front office staff was very helpful and they provided a free upgrade. Buffet breakfast (included with room) was very good with a variety of 5 or 6 items for breakfast. Much better than the expected bread and butter and toast served in hotel buffet breakfasts.

Hotel location is outer near to Transport nagar metro. I have just been to hotel hall for a small party. Hall is good for a small party function. Food was catered by some other vendor

I would say this is the best value for money hotel near Luknow airport. Just 300 mtrs away from transport nagar metro station from where u can take a train that takes u directly to the airport.3 star hotel facilities. Very clean n spacious rooms.

ConsThe hotel is not at all comfortable for long stay. There is no window, so wouldnt get any sunshine. Nearby surroundings is full of dust. The food on order is also not of good quality. POOR WIFI. UNTIDY BEDSHEETS. The food manager Mr. Sandeep is rude when you talk to improve their menu.Pros:The good thing you will find here is the breakfast. They provide with heavy, healthy and nutritious breakfast. While you can get good breakfast at any place. So this place is not recommended.

Breakfast was good specially north indian items while south indian items were not up to the mark.. Dinner was good.. They will provide you only 500 mb data for free and afterwards is chargeable.. Overall I enjoyed the stay.. They have halls for meeting and workshop. I had booked premium room and there was not balcony in the room nor window for views .. So photographers and video lovers this place is not for you..

Very Poor behaviour of Hotel Staff. I dont suggest any to book this Hotel.I booked this property last night through OYO. I booked deluxe3x room but they were providing a simple a/c room with dirty bedsheets. Anyhow after my complaint they changed my room. Today, They suggest me to give 5 star rating ,half an hour before my checkout since they changed my room at my complaint. After I gave them rating, at the time of checkouts they told me to give expenses to wash bedsheets, pillow covers and towels which were became dirty during my stay.Please dont book this property. Worst experience ever.

I have gathered very bitter and scary experience during check-in in the hotel. I have booked and paid hotel rent on prior basis through online booking agent and I had carried payment voucher. Reception desk manager fully denied to allow me to stay in the hotel inspite of receiving full payment due to my Bangladeshi passport. Lastly I went to nearby petrol police team to rescue me from that deplorable situation. By the grace of almighty lastly hotel management allowed me to stay in the hotel. I will remember it for ever.

Worst customer service

It is okay to stay in crossroad, if you want stay near airport or highways. Food is good. Most of the time people will be less, So due to cost cutting, No buffet. Alcarte is worst experience for your money. They ask you to manage the tea, coffee, milk packs. Otherwise it is just an another oyo Rs.999 hotel.

A decent hotel with decent rooms. It is a bit outside the town but very near to the Airport. There is a nearby metro station so you can take metro to a few places. There are not many shops outside and you will have to rely on hotel for food and other services.

Good hotel but food quality is not so good

The location of the hotel is very convenient for people who travel from airport.... The rooms are well conditioned and are worth for the price range.... The service crew is very active and try to rectify queries ASAP... overall it was a comfortable stay at the hotel...!

Its very near to airport but not in good location. Room is so clean and sufficient size for signal occupancy it’s far away from Gomtinagar it’s around 15 Km

Surroundings Poor - No shops around, a big dirty swamp at the front.Hotel Average - Looks weird from outside but looks okay from inside. Corridors gives a star rated feeling. Rooms are average and you might find some things uncomfortable to sight like stained washroom walls and moist smell in some rooms. We got ours changed on request.Food above average - We tried lunch and it was home type food with no options in breads to choose from so we got stuck with tawa roti. So dont expect a exquisite cuisine here.

Though the food taste was great. There was delay at buffet breakfast and room service.Also while checking out & billing it took more than normal time, aside the swiping machine wasnt working and had to fetch the nearest ATM.
