Good and cool place but some of the staff is little unprofessional in behavior. Late service during billing

The only thing the staff are interested is to make membership card, later they dont value customers. There are no good deals at all, I recommend not buying anything from them.

It is a good store,almost all the items are available over here,but the vegetables and fruits are not very much fresh,staff members over here are quite good.

Worst product ever..we did shopping worth rs. 5000 including membership..but they cheat..khajur..imli all have insects inside..they are too much costly and bad products.never recommend this.The staff if forcing us to buy products..even i cant enjoying shopping even they never give time to think what customer need or not.

Best Place for local shopping for vikas nagar residents.

I wish there was an option of negative rating.... it is the worst store with horrible customer service ever.... I always visit this store in Vikasnagar and each times the store boys leave me disappointed and I determine not to visit this store ever. The only constraint I have that i land up here is that i reside just 20 mtrs away from this store. Because of the vicinity, i am not left with any other option. Still, I prefer to visit spencers if i have to buy even more than 2 items which is 500 mtrs away from my place.Vikasnagar store service is pathetic and store manager is never available. I went today at 9:00 pm. There were hardly 5 people whose billing was to be done over 3 counters. still it took me 15 minutes to keep standing in the queue and finally i came out with no billing out of anger. The store boy named Rajveer and some other one (whose name i didnt read in badge) kept shifting the billing to each other (despite me means customer standing in front of them) as if i had come there to borrow something.Heights of dismay. Hope I have to never visit this store ever !!!!Nupur Tandon

Easy day is now turning into a privileged general store only the members are given all the facilities and available discounts. Any general person from society other than the members of easy day are not offered discounts at all. They are insisted to become a member of easy day and then they can avail all offers and discounts offered by easy day. The goods available was not up to the mark e.g. Maggi was crushed inside the pack and a pack of 4 was only available not a pack of six, biscuits were crushed inside the pack and some new brand was available instead of the regular company like PARLE, SUNFEAST, BRITANIA etc. So please think twice before you go to easy day.
