Anyone who is interested in Indian History should be aware of this place - where Chandrasekhar Azad lost his life to bullets from the British Army. A statue has been erected near the tree where he was hiding during the shoot out. - on 27th February 1931. He was only 25 years old when he died. Previously this park was known as Alfred park - later renamed as Chandrasekhar Azad park.

This is one of our freedom fighters.Veer never dies.He is still alive inside every Indians who want to do something for his country.He sacrificed his life while liberating his mother india,at the age of just 24 years

The place where Chandrasekhar Azads statue is installed is exactly the place where Chandrashekhar Azad was martyred while fighting the British.The location is located inside the company garden.This place is located opposite the Faculty of Science, University of Allahabad.There is an entry fee of ₹ 5 for entry, there is also a vehicle stand outside where you can park your vehicleThis place is very green, so you must take your children here.Allahabad Museum is located near this and other parks where your children will surely enjoy.
