A good hotel with bad services. Staffs should maintain themselves and behave as good as the hotel looks. The responsible people here wont stay on there deal at once. There is no trust, brother, keeping everything clear in the dealings, it is the people who retract from this. If you get confused, they wont stay on their words.2* only for Architecture.

It was amazing experience from all aspects. Clean, courteous staff, fantastic restaurant, great ambience, safe, and what not!! Only thing that was not working was television. I noticed this late as I was busy and did not need the television. I highly recommend this to all. I soon plan to show this on my vlog. Look for it :)

The things Good about this hotel is the property, rooms are spacious, its clean and location.The most disappointing thing is food, poor service, even dental kit provided was used. there was an insect in the poori the same was notified to the restaurant waiter, but not a single word of apology came from his side.If you are asking for cutlery in your room make sure to call reception at least 1 hour before. and if you want to order food do it 1.5 hours before. because at least this much time room service will take to bring it in your room.its very common to wait endlessly at a restaurant for food during breakfast. once you will get irritated to your core while waiting you may get the food if you are lucky enough. overall it was vaery bad / horrible experience...

U can choose this site if uh have any due functions like engagement , marriage , ceremony , any type of parties with a guest list of not more then 250 . Amiable environment , easy accesible , nearby metro , rooms are available at low cost (top secret#5k 😉) . Healthy and clean waiting area , sanitized rooms, staff.

Its a very very cool destination for family celebration. Wow ! what a reception cozy gesture. Food is less oily and chilly very yummy .Its first choice of my grand children.

Worst hotel not only in Lucknow but in whole UP. Staff is just a bunch of unfriendly fraud guys who will always disappoint you. Room service takes 2-3 hours to deliver food , ACs dont work and if you complain they will fight with you. And many more things like this. Book at your own risk

Not a great hotel.Only infrastructure and building is good. Person at the reception was not at all courtesy and welcoming. Room service was very slow and food was also not that great. Would not recommend.

Prices are little high.... Service is kind of ok though. They have parking so its alright if you are traveling by your car. But hotel gets a bit noicy when they have parties.

Accommodation was nice though, but there are few stuffs that hotel needs to look after.doormat was not available. dental kit was provided on request. hair dryer should be available in bathroom, unfortunately this was not there.still I would like to stay here in near future.

Extremely pathetic service at restaurant. Starter and soup takes more than half hour. Main course takes more than one hour. Half of the items listed in bar menu are not available. First visit and highly disappointed. We have way better options in town. Better to avoid this place.

Open terrace is quite cool for any function if you plan. Banquets are big enough to accommodate people. Food is something they need to work on in terms of taste.

Perfect place to chill out with friends. They have a very courteous staff offering services and being prompt to the requests. You can order in a few beers and enjoy the rooftop area which is well maintained and serviced. Though a lot of experimentations with the menu can be done to attract more customers.

Hosted a family members wedding here.Pathetic service during the stay and at the final day of the wedding even after giving clear instructions that no screw ups will be tolerated during the event. The waiters had no one to manage them, no one was present at the food stalls to serve food which was apparently stone cold. And when confronted about them, the management had the audacity to not accept their mistakes. Not at all recommended.

Staff is cooperative but I got indigestion after having dinner over there. Rooms are okay types but yes I would like to thank them as I wasnt well so they provide me doctor consultantion and during check out i left my belongings over there which they returned after a month.

Its a good and nice medium budget hotel in Vikas Nagar Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It offers all essential facilities like parking, elevator, room service, free Wi-Fi, sufficient amenities, front desk managed by professional and greetings with cheers which is the important aspect for guest. They have a well maintained multi cuisine restaurant and all mutton and chicken base dishes are delicious. In desserts they dont disappoint and a seperate lovely cute bar with live music or band. Visitors will enjoy their stay as luxury at affordable price.

Location - Service lane of ring road, just after kalyanpur crossing (towards tedhipulia) one can see from ring road itself.- Spacious. Suffient place to hold parties/weddings/corporate functions. Hotel cum banquet with rooms.- Ample of parking space oppsite to entrance.- broad road for baraat/alternate gate for janwasa- Could visit 2 halls one in upper ground floor and another at basement.- Outer galary can also hold some food items & small gatherings.

Nice place to chill-out with ,could have been better with room and washroom cleanliness.Good for private parties for functions.

CAUTION : Do not fall prey to this hotels list of amenities coz these amenities are fictitious. Please try checking for other nearby hotels available at a better rate with better hospitality. Must say Clarks inn needs to educate their staff about how to behave or speak to their guests. It was an horrible experience with the mosquitoes in the rooms(chk attached pics for reference) I booked from 28th Oct to 29th Oct. Room number 205 & 206. The A/C, Refrigerator were not working. No shaving kit, dental kit or other amenities available. When spoke to reception was informed nothing is available. Mr Abhishek Verma, the manager on night shift needs to check the hotel policy himself before arguing with his guests & asking referring about the hotel policies. It was the worst choice I made to stay at ur Sapna Clarks inn wherein I cud hv got better places with better rates somewhere else.

Place and the arrangement was just great but the preparation for to fight covid-19 was not good at all the staff was out side were showing that they are prepared with proper precautions but in side the hall the staff was very careless no mask or if the mask was the there but not wearing properly no sanitizer bottles inside the halls

I had an awesome weekend here. Although i booked it in probably the cheapest price possible for this hotel, and therefore got a smaller room compared to others, but it was cozy, clean and welcoming all the same. Service providers were really kind, food was really delicious and budget friendly, and overall ambiance was warm and safe.

My first stay .. found it good place.. decent sized rooms with wooden floors and all amenities.. well stocked bar .. veg and non veg food options are made well... also has space for corporate and family events

I loved their Bathroom. All they need is to focus on their collaboration...they should check backgrounds.... and at least should give water bottles for free in the name of hospitality during events.

I was here in 07th Sept 2019. Services are average as compare to charges. But the room where I slept for a night was beautiful and well decorated. Bathroom was good too. I love the entire area. Basement has a big hall which was decorated beautifully. I enjoyed the place. But they need to develop their services. I feel like they were lazy when I resided there. Thats all from me. I hope, they will bring more good things.
