Very good and authorised service centre for Renault vehicles. Spacious and very good staff. Located on faizabad road, in the outskirts of Lucknow.

Seemingly chaotic but efficient. However, seating for waiting patrons is a problem.

I gave my car for accidental claim . They kept it for more than 10 days and when I return back to take my car then it wasnt starting as its battery was drained and my car AC vent were also destroyed they told me that it was already before but it was not so. Really worst service Ever .

Worst type of service and staff behaviour is too bad..There is warning for mask and social distancing but none of the staff is with mask..

Before going for service I always book servicing appointment on My Renault App. Everything was done on time. A perfect cost-efficient servicing.

Time to serve is huge. Low man power against high volume and demand. They put in additional items in your bill without actually using them. Unprofessional staff.

This service center at Faizabad road is worst among all service center of Renault in India. They also charge exorbitant prices of components and service. They replace the components which are not faulty and charge you for that. Sometimes they charge you double for any service so you have be careful while paying bill.

The attendants doesnt know even how to talk the customer.They talk to you aggressively as you are the one who is in need and they are the last option for us.And also the GM of this place Mr. Sourabh Shukla doesnt resolves the customers concern...when I asked for CEO email ID the GM directly refused to give so that the things cannot reach to the higher authorities..I would request you all to please provide me CEO Email ID.

It is very much waiting process . You have to take pre appointment and still fight for it . Better go early so that it get done by 4-5pm . Customer lounge and family lounge are both unhygienic and even toilet is attached inside which smell

Poor experience. No proper number system for servicing. Cars coming after me were being serviced before me. Customer lounge was small, placed to sit were less than the number of people there. AC in customer lounge was not working properly. After servicing, trial was not done as they said workers have left. So i took the car out myself and found out issues in the car breaking system. Had to come back to get it repaired. Very poor service.

This Renault service centre is worst. Dont buy Renault car if you are helpless to service your car at this service centre. They linger service and deliberately damage some parts or other.

Not a cooperative staff, less competant service personal. My last car service was really a bad experience. They did service of car but problem was still there ultimately on highway my car failed to start then i called up emergency services after that car they changed faulty parts and returned it back. One star coz they put some effort in service.

Too far from city area. But good technician and worker. In there waiting area you can get unlimited tea coffees and my favourite lemon tea.

They replace parts with parts of different model.

This is a Renault car service center, it comes here in large numbers for service, due to this, it has to face a lot of problems, Renault has very little service center in Uttar Pradesh, due to which the same service is coming to other nearby districts. .

I have been interacting with Renault in lucknow since 1st week of november. I bought Duster in sep. The car is in excellent shape, however my experience with Renault has been horrible. (right from pre-sales, sales & after service)most of the sales folks are very new and they dont know much about the car they are servicing. there were additional steps to be done and the consultant was not aware of the process.

Amazing place

The space available is very small. They take a lot of time in opening the job card itself. This workshop needs a lot of improvement. They will always call you at 9.30 a.m. but the staff normally turns up only at 10. Never go to this workshop on a Friday.
