Had visited with a colleague at this service center. In comparison to the other brands, its the best so farIssues are heard well. Staff is customer oriented. Redressal is lesser than the expected time. Saw that the manager was coming out for follow ups time to time. In simple words great service !

Very polite and quick process. One thing i really like is the real-time timelines shared with the customer prior to service. The overall process is quick and easy to go through. The staff is very well versed in their working. Sales and Service go hand in hand for a smooth working.One improvement i would suggest:-PLEASE PICK UP YOUR REGISTERED CALLING NUMBERS. IT GETS REALLY HECTIC WHEN A PERSON CALLS AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

One of the worst service. No one response politely here and they dont talk to customers directly. Kept a security guard outside and contact with customers via him. Also, One Plus, as a whole, has the worst post sales service. Never ever to buy again.Bought One Plus Nord online and the earpiece stopped working. Came all the way to Lucknow just to repair the phone and came to face this kind of behaviour from their side.

Not only I got timely updates for the repair of my device, I even got a free replacement of my device since it had a hardware issue.Most people lose their patience but we do have to remember they are also working hard each day to keep customers happy. If you follow their instructions properly, you are the one to be happy.I would love to share my experience here. Very polite staff and quick in completing the service. I have received Excellent Service from them.Also, follow all Covid Precautions1. Service Centre will be open from Monday to Saturday 11:00AM to 3:00PM only.2. Customers must take the prior appointment through manual token procedure on first come first serve basis.3. Only 50 token per day will be issued.4. Only 1 Customer per device is permitted inside the service centre.5. Customer who exhibits any symptoms will not be allowed inside the store.6. Wearing of a face mask is strictly compulsory.7. Kindly co-operate with the staff when it comes to checking the body temperature and using sanitizers.8. Maintain social distance (1.5 meters) avoid touching fellow customers and cover yourself with tissues when coughing/sneezing. Post that, discard the tissue or waste in the dustbin.9. It was great experience at oneplus service center.Mr. Ankit take care all my issues very nicely and resolve.

The staff is unprofessional. I went for my OnePlus 6T screen repair. They wanted to fix the back glass panel too. The service desk guy peeled the skin I had on it, he wanted to throw it, I told him to keep it safe as its reusable and costly phone skin.When next day I went to get the phone, the skin was missing, they lost it and no one cared for it. They dont care that I lost $45 worth product due to their irresponsibility. So I paid 10k+ for screen repair plus lost 3000 Rs. Worth phone skin which they were responsible to keep safe as its my property.If this kind of service Ill get after paying the premium price Ill better think twice before going with this brand next time.

The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of the staff(in a good way) because the staff was the only thing good about the place, the rule of 50 tokens is really bad you have to stand in line for minimum 1 hour and there is no place to sit though you can walk in the mall but if your number passes you will have to wait another half an hour(at least put a couch man). What else? The thing is the store is good but this waiting system is bad its not like you are preventing the virus by making people stand outside the store in groups rather than inside so thats that...other than the staff the experience was bad :(

The service centre is the worst service centre I ever visited.. There is no facility for sitting arrenge ment here outside for the customers... The staff here is very rude and in-experienced... The counter here is 4 but the only counter work is only one.. I wil rather suggest to go for another brand rather than coming here... One plus is really. Bad brand

Worst ever customer experience over here , first thing they didnt pick up phone because of that Ive to come from long distance to enquire about the product availability, and second thing is that they dont have normal USB charging cable so if youre purchasing a one plus product make aure that accessories available that too at right time

Those who are here for post product services do have to wait about for an hour and to be in a que, standing for minimum of 40 mins . They atleast could provide some seating facility for the consumers, despite of making them stand in the que, worst ever experience.

I liked the service very much, I have gone for Oneplus Bullet v2 replacement, and I have to visit them 3 times as the replacement device they gave me came out faulty three times and by seeing I have visited service center 3 times within 2 days they offered me to get the device delivered at my home which was unexpected as no service center I have seen going so far to make there customer happy. I had to get my OnePlus wireless bullet z replaced. The centre was taking care of the Covid protocols.Handling all queries with patience. I got it replaced within 10 days.

Experience was really good. Staff was really experienced and helping. Solved my charging issue and were really polite to answer my queries.

Pathetic service. Very unprofessional behaviour and do not pick up customer calls. If you are lucky maybe you get a chance to talk to them over phone. The service center is very disorganised and bites on customers time

My experience with OnePlus was great. Hardware problem occurred in OnePlus Nord CE. I informed the service center within 11 days. I was given a new phone by the OnePlus team. Center manager Mr. Adarsh ​​ji was very cooperative. The engineering staff Mr. Ankit ji answered all the calls made by us promptly. The CCO staff is also very nice. I belong to another city. OnePlus Service Center is 160 kms from my home town. I talked to the staff of the CCO. He finished the whole process on the same day. Thank you very much OnePlus Team.

They dont answer calls so easily.......i dialed them at least 25-26 times and then thy picked up the call...............I submitted my nord for service and it is still there(its been more than 7 days). Worst Experience.

Oneplus company treats old customers as not worthy of getting priority. They dont have stock to replace devices of old customers but you can buy new device from same store anytime. Waiting for weeks for replacement.

They provided repairing within 1 hour. Sahara ganj service centre was asking 2 days for the same.
