I had visited here for the first time when I was in 7th class when I caught typhoid, since then my family prefers to get all diagnosis here only. For Covid, I have availed both facilities- walk-in and home sample collection, both seemed fast and safe as per my experience. Home sample request gets fulfilled the same very day, they sent my reports on whatsapp so there was no need to go to the lab. Each report is cross checked and personally signed by Dr. M Mehrotra and he provides his personal contact number on the report , which is so humble of him and the patient feels the sense of relief by it. The worst diagnostic ever, the covid sample collectors were so unhygienic. No gloves nothing and mask was the surgical one. No throat sample was taken for the rtp cr. Only nose sample that too with such a way that my nose was paining for hours. Price were as high as 6k + for 3 people

Literally the worst pathology in our area... No management at all.....Got a covid test a day ago and still not got the report... The people working there dont talk properly and the charges also high.

I gave my sample the day before at 9:30 am, but have not received the report yet. Whereas it was said that the report would be received within 24 hours. There was no point in conducting tests in private labs by paying so much money.
