Poor reception and ill behaved staff. All 420 people take all payment by cash and reimburse by Cheque. Worse than quacks in treatment. No proper COVID protocols adhered. Dirty ICU. You have to commit real sin to land up in Neera its real experience of hell.

Doctors are very good and cooperative. You will be treated immediately in case of any emergency. Cleanliness is maintained there. The hospital is also not expensive. Staff and workers are very helpful and cooperative. They treat you very nicely. It is easily accessible and the service is provided 24×7

Worst hospital, doctor never take critical patients serious. Even they are in best location but complete doctor family is worse n staff also. Hospital washroom is also very dirty. Most important issue is that they dont have blood bank and pharmacy is not open 24 hours. Doctors home is just opposite the hospital but they chill and align doctors with no experience. Government should shut this hospital. Also maximum number of patients death rate is of this hopital only.

Good services in neera hospital

This is the worst Hospital of Lucknow. My father was admitted here when he got cardiac arrest in 2011,Dr Rakesh Kumar admitted him in this hospital and he never told family that he got attack. His attitude was very casual he didnt do the angiography. He died after 2 days of admission. Also nurse and wardboy were joking and laughing in icu . I urge government to shut down this hospital.

Hospital is good and services is also good. Main advantage of hospital is there location. The cost of the treatment is budgeted. However the services and cleaning needs major improvements. Proper Parking is not there. Almost all major illness treatment is here.

Dr N K Gupta is very good he is also gives very good advice.. Sunday Morning open when other hospitals are closed.. My nephew is injured Sunday morning and Fatima and Vivekananda Hospitals no service they only refer one hospital to other at last we reached Neera Hospital and Dr Gupta see my nephew very seriously and gives very good advice.. My experience with staff was very good. My husband has undergone a laser treatment for kidney stone which got stuck in Ureter. Surgery was done by Dr. Saurabh Agarwal(urologist). Admission in hospital was only for 2 days. I did not experience any issue with staff and cleanliness. All went well. Its a very old hospital still they have managed things well. My husband was admitted in a single bed private AC room. So cant comment on general wards. But staff is very good efficient and co-operative.

One of the doctors was extremely rude. For a small cut he suggested to get it stitched. Not only that, he doesnt have the decency to talk to people. He litrally shouted on my elder sister for asking a simple question and said all sort of stupid things. Pathetic behaviour by him.

Worst hospital. Do not have most of the facilities. Dirty rooms, furniture and toilets. Rude-unprofessional staff and junior doctors. ICCU is like fish market, no care about hygiene and even doctors were using mobile in and out of ICCU near patient. They damaged my patients condition, kept in ICCU 6 days but could not detect problem and discharged saying that she is ok. Now she is again in ICU in another hospital where they have diagnosed other complications which neera hospital couldnt. Go to other hospital if you really love and want correct treatment to your near and dear ones.

According to the way in which sanitation should be done in the hospital, this hospital is not there at all. The wall, the chair for sitting, the light, the fan, everything looks dirty. And in summer, the condition gets worse, the fans of the waiting room do not work properly.The walls are lattice, there is a lot of dirt. Toilet is also in the same condition, cleanliness is not done in the manner.According to the ordinary person, this hospital will be expensive for him.The behavior of the staff did not feel right. We have a couple of doctors who are very strict type.
