Good place for authentic spare and quality repair. You get the peace of mind that you are getting quality repair and that too same day. Had my phones battery changed in 2 hours. Will recommend this over after market repair.

I will neither buy nor suggest MI products to anyone. They dont listen to customers issues even after emails. But we Indians always keep on chasing cheap products thats why they are ruling over India, shame on us.

The personnel were responsive. Unfortunately, they were unable to solve my issue. Was being asked to give my phone for 3-4 days to run some additional tests and de-bugging but didnt offer any temporary phone.

Worst experience ever, careless staff, inexperienced employees. There was just a minor issue in the mobile phone, they returned totally broken phone, not even ready to admit there fault. If you face any problem in your mobile plz go to other service centre, if possible please visit your near by mobile repairing shop, garranty lega, sahi se baat bhi krega.

They didnot response about my mobile issues, only they submit and return my mobile without saying anything. If I question about my phone they only said your mobile is fine now you can take it.. After 10 days the same problem in my device shows they again behave the same..They even talk very loudly and Lough on Colustomers situation. RIP to their service.

My redmi note 5 pro screen got damaged so i submitted my phone for screen replacement, screen quality was as good as original screen before , but after getting my phone back there was huge battery issue which were not present earlier. Battery keeps on draining fast and takes much more time to charge. I am not sure that they exchanged the battery by accident or on purpose. I asked the concerned person about this he said i didnt touched the battery i just changed the screen. Well i was using my phone since 2 yr so this drastic change after screen replacement was unjustified. But i am dam sure it isnt my old battery.

Worst experience of my life, i gave my poco f1 for a automatic switch off problem, in return they burnt my audio jack and mic , and asked for RS10,000 further for service . and guess what the cost of actual problem was RS 200 and when I asked this was never the problem , the staff was shouting and blamed me for there fault . They have destroyed my phone . Highly unprofessional . Didnt want to give 1 star either. I would suggest never visit there.
