Worst service center visited ever in my entire life. I have a problem of touch display which was built-in in MI 9i most of the models. The whole store dont even know how to talk to customers. They dont cooperate with me. I got very dissapointed with their rude behavior .They did every odd deeds to make me go out of their store because my phone was under warranty and they wanted to charge the money for that which another branch of MI have helped and made me help out of the problem which was builtin by company.

Customer service was good,Staff was very helpful, Social distancing rules are being thoroughly followed.

It wasnt good at all they simply refused to fix an simple error and ask me to get replace the motherboard.

Apart from 1/2 hour waiting time for diagnosisEverything was quite satisfactory.1)Not very crowded2)Good natured staff3)Clean and Air Conditioned4) Youll get your serviced device the same day itself.But take a note of one thingthe closing time mentioned is 7PMBut for submitting the device .Visit the centre before 5 PM

Problem : Very poor services, My MI phone got locked due to MI cloud but after 2 week also they are not able to resolve the problems.Recommended not to get your any mobile phone repaired specialty MI.Problem 2 : I have visited the service center for MI usb cable not working but they are saying that the cable has water so due to which the cable stopped working.And its not covered under warranty. They are showing that the cable has rusting. But the cable can get rusted due to moisture.

If there was any option of giving zero star, I would have give it. Staff members were very in corporative and rude. There is no timing of receiving phone. Its the only service center of MI in this locality but they dont want to work even within time. My exams were going on so I manage to go there 6:30 pm but they refuse to take phone and said kal aaiye .Then again next day I went there at 6:00 pm, again they refuse to take phone and said kal aaiye it would take time, but timing was till7:00 pm, As my exams were going on so I was difficult to come early.Very bad time and experience with this MI service center ....no expectations of food service but atleast hope they talk u politely.

Poor quality im going the service centre for unlock my redmi y1 he says please repair the screen for unlock the mobile rs 2890rs change the screen then i unlock the phone within 24 hours then i canceled the unlock phone with mi service centre

Staffs were good but services not. They charge money just to check your phones problem whether u want to repair it or not. I had very bad experiences.

Service Is Good But Very Crowded Place.

As said , its an MI exclusive service center , the staff is nice and polite with fixed and sepcific charges as rated in rate list for repair of certain parts of phones and a fast an reliable service rendering done in the shortest amount of time needed to , while maintaining the standards and quality !!!

Its betterr to throw your mobile than come to this service center. Disgusting and fraudster staff. I went today to get my 7 months old mi repaired. The phone was not switching on. They took the phone inside and after 1t minutes one of their guy came and told that there is water damage . I am 100% sure that there was no water damage. They were fooling me around. Could be possible they have replaced my phones motherboard with a defective one.Please do not visit this service center if u want to get your phone to be tampered with. Its better to go to a local shop and get you phone repaired in front of your eyes.I m definitely going to pursue my case with MI senior management and lodge a case in consumer forum for them. These cheaters cannot be allowed to dupe public under the sun.

Too much rush all the, for visiting there you must have at least 1:30 hour.But its sure your problem will be solved as soon as its possible. Once your turn came.

Horribly discourteous staff. Made me wait for two hours only to come and find out that they clearly hadnt even checked my phone and were billing me 5k more for liquid damage. Upon asking as to why they did not notify about the additional cost within the two hour window, not only could they not give a satisfactory reason but were also quite rude. Heres hoping this is looked into and that action is taken against the concerned staff.

Plz prefer to go an ordinary shop rather than service center if your mobile is out of warranty . Service charges is 350 rs . They changed my sim slab and charged 560 rs. But in the next yr I again faced same problem but at that time to visit to a small shop , he charged 100 rs . Now there is no problem . They take too much time . Ordinary shop takes hardly 1 hr. 👍

I had a wonderful experience.Very cooperative staff.My phone was in the warranty period and the screen wasnt working properly. They changed the display of my phone in a day.(requested them a lot ;) )

Staff on duty is courteous in behavior and efficient in working. Waiting are is also comfortable. Technical staff seems to be expert in handling the problems.

The queue management system could be improved. They have a system in place for pre-repair handover of the device. But the management henceforth is completely manual and thus pretty vague. The waiting consumers get no clarity about the expected waiting time. Also, addition of a Television or a magazine rack could make the long wait a little more bearable.

Service is very good, and very helpful all members specially RAJENDRA PAL... It took me max 5 minutes in exchanging my charger which stopped working before.. I am amazed, well done.. Very happy

Poor/Ill maintained center. Staff apparently are impolite and discourteous. Attitude of indifference prevails. Advice to visitors is to stay from the center as long as possible.EDC machines are inoperative/non functional. One has to make cash payment only. Even payment through NFC is also not an option here. Sum it up.....Bad experience

Its a service centre for Mi phone users and it have great servicing and I also Repaired my Phone Mi Note 6 from here . It have a great team for services , And They Behave very Politely to their customers, They also have Great area and Good Facilities for their customers.

The touch of my phone stopped working. Soni went there..thought it took us 4hrs but my phone is perfectly alright now...

I m not giving review about mi centre but there you can found pizza dine (unlimited pizza) which is awesome.

Be ready for a long waiting que, if you are planning to visit after 11:30. sometimes it even takes 2 to 3 hours. May be they should add up to their staff. There is a small area for sitting which can accommodate upto 25 to 30 people at a time.So if you are planning to visit i will suggest to visit it in morning before eleven or try visiting other service center, the one in hazartganj.

This place is often crowded. There is a machine for getting token, then you will have to wait. Your token number will be displayed on LCD screen, when it arrives. Then you move to the customer care executive, on the given counter.In reality, things are not that organised. There are more people in the room, than the size. So half the people dont get seats. There are no comfortable seats either. And finally when you reach the counter number, to tell your problem, you find the customer care executive is attending 3-5 people at the same time there. He doesnt pay much attention to what ya say..you can guess why! He hardly listens to anybodys problem attentively, and he just disposes your case within seconds, without much listening to do. Is this a friendly experience for a customer?

Here you get good service and reliability over your mi products. You can easily rech here. The straight way you get to reach there from kapoorthala chauraha. Its situated opposite to the sahara building. You can also check it out opposite to allahabad bank.

Mi service center as nearly all of us need it once a while. They try to repair it as quick as possible. Theres a rush so be there as early as you can.

Extremely bad experience with Representative Mr. Devendra Singh at MI Kapoorthala. As i visited for change of screen of my note 4. There was no any other issue from outside, it was very much proper and no any other brokerage was present when i handed over my mobile at store. When they returned after replacing the screen, it was broken at back side and it seems that they couldnt placed it properly. When i complained that it was not broken when it has been given for screen replacement, they did not accepted their mistake and representative Mr. Devendra Singh told me that it was mentioned on receiving letter when i asked to show the receiving letter again, he couldnt prove himself as it was not mentioned that back cover is already broken, on the receiving letter. It was really my first and worst experience at MI store. I appreciate Mr. Devendra Singh, who has not taken care of a customer and stayed on a false statement. Well done Mr. Devendra.

You cant find the store easily,it is because the store is inside the building of Garha Bhandar. Bur the service was quite good. You have enough space to sit. Sometimes it might get crowdy as well. But alover it is good.
