Please never ever go in this pathetic salon. Unprofessional staff along with rudeness. They are just good for hair spa. They talk as if they are some celebrity hairstylist. Will try to convince you to take some hair treatments repeatedly till you get frustrated. Have a look at your own faces before commenting about others.I went for a hair cut. None of them have any knowledge about hair cuts besides those 3 routine hair cuts which every salon provides & in much cheaper rate. Clowns are sitting on reception desk. They will butcher your hair. No attention is paid to what customer wants. They just do what they are good at :- fooling people. If you want to ruin your day. Please go there. Totally unhygienic ! A blot on the name of salon

Service was good, but I had done smoothening to my hair, for upto one month my hair was in straight and smooth condition but after that it starts falling....now also Im suffering from hair fall. They surely told me that no hair fall after this treatment.....but it was not happened.It was my fault that I had PCOD, recently I came to knew, but a little amount of hair fall is there, otherwise that branch service and all other things were good.

Went there for my sister marriage makeup .. Must tell that this was the worst makeup ever. I myself know a lot of makeup and hence i did my own makeup there becuase the staff knew nothing . They told me 4000 rupees will be cost for mac makeup ..and they used cheapest quality of makeup with unhygenic sponges and tools . Worst parlour you can ever think of . We ended up looking horrible. They charge high cost for nothing . So so dissapointed .please never go there . There was no staff to help with lehga and jewellery ..i did it all by myself . Staffs there are like junior kg students who know nothing . Literally they applied expired lipstick on my face and there were no bindi nothing . Worst parlour ever . And yeah i applied for mac makeup only not loreal one for your info and also i have done advance booking ..now what ?🙂

Giving 2 stars for the work here is good, but they have clever tactics to increase your bill amount. It happened twice with me so cant be a coincidence. Also they overcharge more than the rate listed. Not trustworthy !!!! Quite unprofessional behaviour !

Extremely rude receptionist. Moreover, they charge 500 rs for a simple layered haircut.(I got the exact same haircut for 200rs from glorious salon in pheonix united mall).

I would like to thank Falak for the excellent and amazing party makeup and Kalpana and Kajal for the beautiful and pretty hair-do which they did. I was mesmerized by the finishing and the result I got.They put all their efforts and was their to help me in all my requirements.
