Good salon in hazrat ganj

Worst haircut that I ever had. The guy was in a real hurry. He just rushed with it and cut my hair too short even after I showed him the exact cut I wanted in an old pic.Rs 472 wasted.

Went for pedicure and a hair spa pedicure was satisfactory but the spa was bad the guy was rude not at all professional will not recommend A worst experience for me after I went to looks Greater Kailash which was way better.And now for the admins you need to keep courteous and trained staff not the arrogant one else the loss will b yours they are getting handsomely paid.

ITS THE WORST SALON OF ALL THE SIMILARS, I RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE. I HATED IT VERY BADLY....THEY USE NORMAL WATER INSTEAD OF ANY TREATMENT, I CAUGHT THEM RED HANDED.

No bills issued, whereas the amonut with 18 percent GST charged to the tune of ₹2400.. Mr Sanjay should take note of this irregularity ànd my bill should be fwded to my house address. I hope GST charged is deposited in Govt Treasury.

One of the most hygienic salons in Lucknow. Pedicure was done by Akash and hair styling by Rizwan. Both, were courteous and provided exactly what I needed.

First it was with ill-trained staff not knowing what to do and ending up with their own preferences opposite of what is asked by the customer, one day Iyou come across one professional and the next day you get a rookie who acts as if Savio Pereira , Dilshad or Sapna Bhavnani themselves.. And now you have a front office who is so enlightened that he, being the King Solomon and Harishchandra pronounces you guilty of cheating and lying because he feels entitled to treat his customers like that. You end up cleaning the mess रायता by blaming the system and server which would have been done initially instead of embarrassing your customer and labeling them. And, if you say he is new and stuff, should have taught him basics of customer service and para-phrasing sentences. I have not been to another Salon except LOOKS for years now and I would never want someone who has availed their services in other metros to visit this one in Lucknow. Being a true Lucknowite myself, I feel ashamed. Send your staff to Looks Outlets in New Delhi for training.

Had the worst haircut! They dont even know how to cut the hair, simply chopped off all my hair at the name of a proper haircut!! I told the guy to give layers to my hair to add volume but he was busy in explaining their costly services to me while doing the haircut and just chopped my hair off haphazardly from everywhere which has even lessened the volume of my hair!! I am a loyal customer of LOOKS at Delhi, but here in Lucknow they are just ruining its name and standards! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, atleast for a haircut. They have totally ruined my appearance! Very disappointed!
