Very disgusting. Employees are not at all customer friendly. Either their knowledge is less or simply giving careless reply . Its surprising that on one hand theyre on the threat of privatisation and on the other hand theyre not able to create the customer friendly environment which gives strong path and justify to Government for privatisation.
