Very RUDE staff! Extremely discourteous. First they made us wait at the store for more than half and hour and then later said sorry we are all busy its time for us to close. Never experienced such rude behaviour at any other store. Not just us they were treating other customers rudely as well. Sending customers back say come back later and when they did come back later they were saying we dont have time we are all busy. Unbelievable!!

The staff who guided us the product - Mr. Gautam Singh, was very effective in assisting the right product. He gave exceptionally nice ideas and also guided well.Kudos to his exceptional service.

Extremely discourteous staff. First, a saleswoman said that there is no optician to test (even though optician was present) and she just seemed disinterested in entertaining us. Had to go to another place to get my eyes tested. Came back at 7:45 PM, but a salesperson called Sunit refused to let us buy and shut down the shop. Upon requesting, he asked us to go to Lenskart, Golmarket instead. Finally I went to Titan eye plus which was next door and they treated us very well. I wonder if Lenskart is aware that its store in Aliganj is losing business due to rude and irresponsible staff who seemed in a hurry to go home and shut shop at 7:45 PM!

Good place to buy lenses and eye glasses. Eye checkup is free and done by trained optometrists. Good number of options available. Expensive and cheap both types are here.

I had a very good experience at lenskart (patrakarpuram branch) but the lenskart *KAPOORTHALA* branch is horrible. The behaviour of male employee was extremely rude. The Titan store is just 15 steps ahead , I ended up buying there because of his rude behaviour. Even after the corona ended he did not let me inside his store without a mask, I said I ll tie my scarf but he did not agree. And the irony is he himself was roaming WITHOUT the mask everywhere. Lenskart was good once upon a time but now its the worst eye store. I bought the best quality lens for my frames but the lens layer itself is getting peeled off from the glasses. I asked them to put new lens in the old frame (which I purchased by lenskart itself) but they refused to that and asked me to buy new frame.

I have been going to this lenskart store from last two years and I am very impressed by their service.The staff is polite and very helpful.During this pandemic period they had opened there store doors and they follow all safety measures.I recently bought a new pair from this store and was, really impressed as they were following all safety measures unlike local stores.They also had a room to get eye tested which is free of cost.If you are looking to buy a new pair of spects you can try this place.

A company is only as good is its products and customer facing employees, After having a good experience with the Lenskart I landed in the Lanskart - Aliganj branch only to be discriminated very badly as I was there to get the glasses fixed and not to purchase a product. The guy who was supposed to tighten the screw gave me looks and ignored for at least half an hour and had to almost yell at the staff to get their attention as al the other staffs were busy ignoring me too. Worst experience so far.

First impression was good showed me some options but as soon as they realized i was there for an exchange the variety of frames in same price range vanished to almost 0..eye checkup was done conveniently though...and after all the struggle i selected two frames and both were out of stock even after their showpieces were there staff(fauzia) said that u cannot buy these frames...you should go to kaiserbagh store because they have mush more variety....i woundt have thought that making a purchase from lenskart would be really this much trouble..

After lockdown the behaviour of Aliganj lenskart staff has become very rude. They are yelling at customers who have been loyal customers of lenskart with membership since last 3 years. Noone is listening any complaint. Even regarding glasses under warranty.Lenskart needs to look into it. Or else ppl like us wont ever go there.

There is a girl fauzia, She forced me to give her 5 star rating n she gave me wrong number contact lenses because of that ridiculous lady my eye number increased.she dont know anything. She checked my eye n tell me wrong number.she gave me mystery Hazel aqua lenses with wrong power. Because of that chaaplus lady my eye number increased.
