Worst hotel, dont waste your money for a service like 2 star hotel. Also, not really comfortable for female solo travellers. there are much better options in lucknow other than this stupid hotel.will never visit again !!

Good hotel you can enjoy and can have a good time their with your friends and family

I have been staying in this hotel for last 2 years, earlier quality of service was excellent but post covid service level has dropped drastically specially the quality of food the the In room Dinning. The amount on food Lemon tree Lucknow is charging is quite high, but Senior level Management should understand the rates they are charging and the quality they are offering is quite different. Major guest stay for 2 to 3 days maximum. Since I have stayed for 15 days I could understand the differences.

Had a bad experience right from the beginning. They charge more than the hotels in Vibhuti Khand area just because of the proximity to the airport. The rooms are very small and had some kind of pungent smell. There was no one to help with the bags. We had two heavy bags, but no one was there to at least carry it to the reception area where the luggage cart was kept.Things we liked - breakfast buffet was good, bathrooms were cleanI would suggest not to stay at this place if proximity to the airport is not necessary. Plus you will have to far away for good dine-in places

Hotel in a very bad situation...front desk mentioned that they are short of staff...not so pleasent checkin...they use table fans in the lobby...used glasses are all over the reception...parking issues...no sanitization or temperature checks...if guard goes for lunch anyone can sneakin the hotel...if you are food enthusiast, ask for charanpreet the only person who treats visitors really well...wifi never works..the modem was off all the time...frequent power supply issues...overall not recommended

Pathetic hotel. Never stay with this property.These people are charter. They take the money without informing you. And on the top of that you will not even find basic of hotel like proper towel , soap and moisture, sampoo and other things.

Small but good rooms with all the amenities. Toilet neat and clean with good quality sanitaryware. Very close to airport (hardly 1.5 km). Right on the busy main road and the surrounding area is not good. One cannot venture out for a walk. Food in the restaurant ok.

Good rooms little small but gud to stay

The stay was not regular Lemon tree standards. They had given 305, which was not comfortable. The price they charged was too high for this kind of stay , I felt the room was local lodge kind of rooms. Breakfast was good. But beware next time when you visit dont take 305, its not at all good. They had not changed bed spread i could see the stray marks on the bed sheet. No bed lamps, I think they converted the house keeping room to guest room.

Very Nice and Luxurious hotel located in Lucknow just 1.4km away from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport Amausi Lucknow Uttar Pradesh and good to stay very nice and comfortable and just like that you have buyed a new house it is so luxurious you cant believe and if anyone visits it he/she can visit it but the prices of this hotel services are very high like 3 cups of milk costed ₹800 and 5 cups of tea costed ₹1000 and in real if COVID would not have happened then this hotel costs 12000 rupees per night and room and now in this COVID Scenario they are taking 2000 or 3000 rupees per room and night and also taking extra money for services and even lucknow was maintained alot than Varanasi and cleaned including this hotel rest everything was good

Services are good. But entry gate is so slopping that bumper of the car strikes road heavily each time of entry causing damage. Rest everything is good.

We went for lunch there, the air conditioning was under maintenance on a weekday at 2pm which was quite surprising, we left the place soon after that. The hotel all in all wasnt that impressive.

Amazing. I had reserved for 8 days in this hotel from 21 March to 29 March 2020. But due to Corona virus havoc I decided to check out and reach my place on 24 March 2020. It would be highly surprising to all that the GM of this hotel Mr Gurmeet Radhawa has gone ahead to help me fully for getting all my refund of remaining days through Ibobo. Thats a great experience. All were very courteous. Food was great even on so much restrictions. Thanks to Lemon tree Lucknow.

Citrus cafe is a beautiful multi cuisine restaurant at The Lemon Tree hotel, Lucknow which is located very close to the Airport. I had recently visited the citrus cafe to try out their food. Really loved the ambience of this cafe. It has ample natural light which gives such a peaceful vibe to the cafe. Vibrant colors have been used for the interior. Comfortable seating and ample of seating available. Perfect for family lunches and dinners.As per the food. Since it is a multicuisine cafe a large variety of food is available. Chinese, Italian, Indian, continental you name it. We were served a spoon Chaat in the beginning as a welcome starter. The Chaat was absolutely delicious. Made to perfection. I ordered their Chicken shorba which was really very soothing and flavourful. In beverages we ordered Thandai, cold coffee and kala khatta. Everything was well made. We also ordered the raw papaya salad which was the best raw papaya salad I have had in town. Extremely delicious and very well presented. In main course we had ordered the veg and non veg thaalis. The thaali comprised of 15 dishes, including starters and dessert. It was a full fledged meal and could be easily shared by 2 people. The cost of the thaali was 849+taxes for the non veg and 749+taxes for the veg thaali. For dessert we had gulab Jamun served with custard which was really very delicious.The service is good, staff is polite and friendly. OverallI had an amazing experience at The Citrus cafe and I would recommend you all to visit the Citrus cafe and try their food.

One of my favorite Indian restaurants! Weve tried most of the restaurants in the Lucknow area and Lemon Tree Restaurant is the one we keep coming back to. I love the lunch because everything is delicious! Its perfect for someone who is trying Indian food. We were also pleasantly surprised with their dinner service - a menu full of intriguing entrees, the food we ordered was excellent food and my father says its pretty much spot on for authenticity. The service has always been very attentive whenever weve been there. As for value, in my opinion well worth it, weve always left full and very satisfied. In all terms the Hotel is highly recommended.Cleanliness: 4/5Safety: 5/5 Awesome in terms of Life Safety. Located very close to the airport on the Lucknow kanpur highway. Transport Nagar metro station is closeby. Shaheed path bypass towards Faizabad is very close too. Nicely done hotel interiors give a nice ambience. The hotel has a reputed brand name of Lemontree that lives up to the expectations of a budget hotel with good quality stay and service. It has a restaurant, banquets and decent rooms for stay.
