Located at the third floor of the Palassio mall and in the middle of the floor. Theyve around ten screens.The screens are good and large fitted with seemingly immersive surround sound. Theyve IMAX screens too.The seats are very comfortable and reclining.The staff is very helpful and at times may be slow.The canteen at present just has popcorns , beverages and nothing in the snack department.Orders can be placed from the comfort of seat with the help of QR code and can be collected from the canteen.Overall its a good movie experience.

One 🎶 song 🎵 which comes to my mind after visiting this 🏫 place would be - चलो ले चलें तुम्हे 🌃 तारो के शहर में. . .मतलब असली लखनऊ 🤗 वालो को मज़ा 😇 आने वाला है।This is one of the most beautiful 🥅 multiplex I have ever witnessed, although I couldnt get chance to go inside the screen hall since due to Covid 👽 cases are still not completely gone but looking from the bay area it caters the 🎉 look 🎊 which you never wanna miss.Although there are multiple screens present in Lucknow but those glittery glossy looks is worth witnessing even if you dont go for a movie

This is undoubtedly the best theatre in Lucknow. This Inox has Imax screens which are really clear and the picture quality is great. The sound is also very nice and adds to the experience. However, the food is really expensive and I wont recommended getting food from here.

Have gone today to have 3D experience but Inox dont have quality and wasted 45 min for rectification but not able to do the same , final we are seeing in 2D, which is not acceptable at all, this is the first experience in Pallasio mall , cinema is not good in Pallasio.Now editing this, 2D is also not working, its a super humiliation by INOX

Worst experience. I booked a ticket for 4 for 3D Shang Chi. I booked ticket worth 1240rs for 3D and my ticket was showing 3D but the theatre played movie in 2D. I regret booking movie ticket at palassio as it is 15 km away from my home and I came here just bcoz my nearest theatres didnt have 3D option.

The cooling was way to much. Felt like a cold storage. Same add they keep on loop for 10 mins with full sound. So annoying. Please stop doing that. The hall quality is okay. Expected a much bigger IMAX hall. Wasnt as per the expectations.

Went for bell-bottom in 3D on the day of release. The movie first started without voice and was restarted twice over until we were asked to change the hall. The issue persisted and we had to watch the same first 3 minutes over and over for 4 more times until we were shifted again to a 2D hall and it was informed that there is a problem in the 3D HDD. We were compensated with small popcorn buckets but the whole charade took a good 1 hour 20 minutes. Pathetic experience but kudos to the duty manager Mr. Deepak Singh who met us personally and apologized for the whole deal and offered complementary tickets upon next visit.

Picture quality is awesome , sometimes blurry in some scenes ,but overall experience is satisfactory . Sound experience is best in class . Seats are comfortable . Seats are not at all comfortable though cinema experience was good. But if you dont provide proper good seating experience then its get painful to watch. Pvr experience is far better than this big inox cineplex. Shall never watch any movie here again. Waise thank you for providing free popcorn on showing Vaccination certificates.

This is indeed the better of most of the INOXes I have ever visited. Lean and clean with a fairly good sized IMAX screen. Shall be imperative to be maintained this way by the administration, and I wish they do.
