Very bad staff. I reached store at 8:15 pm and mall closing time is 9:30 pm. But store staff dropped shutter and was sitting inside. I was with my little children. I requested them to just give 5 minutes but they did not allowed. My children were very disappointed. People immediately make video of government staff but these private fellow are more heartless

Great service provided by the store during this pandemic condition. Delivered the product with in an hour of purchase. Very helpful and polite staff (especially Mr. Faheem), provided many options before purchase over social media and delivered birthday gift to my nephew before his cake cutting. Gift items are costly but u must visit once just to upgrade urself in toys world..

Today is my daughter birthday we are 5 min late hamleys fun mall They are so ill mannered she begged for entering to hamleys for her gift at last they didnt allowed my daughter .We are very old customers to them but from today we not enter their store anymore

Less than 1 star not possible.. very poor service.. these ppl are only out to loot u.. they keep asking phone nos which they dont have any account.. my previous shopping of about Rs. 9000 was unaccounted for.. and when i asked about the manager for, he was unavailable. Very unprofessional ppl.. will never come back here not will recommend anyone..

Liked it but store is not upto expectations. It still lags behind other Hamley stores in India. It doesnt have playroom area for kids. Stocks are not upto expectations. Variety of toys are missing here. It just seemed like an upgraded toy store of Lucknow, not like Hamley. Staff are not acquainted to stuffs available in store. They cant exactly address to your queries. They cant even explain what stuffs are capable of doing. You have to find stuffs your own. New and innovative stuffs are not available here. Hope someday this store will be a real Hamley store very soon.
