Hotel in prime location. Rooms are good.However maintenance is needed in rooms. Room service was slow.Buffet in resturant is in hotel. Breakfast menu is good. However lunch and dinner have limited options. Moreover excessive use of chilies in food makes it too spicy.Quality of sweet dish was poor.

A nice and comfortable hotel in Lucknow situated at Hussainganj on the main road from Charbagh railway station to Hazratganj. About 2km from both Charbagh and Hazratganj. Bar , restaurant , conference hall , banquet available. Following all covid protocols.

Staffs are friendly and room service is really fast, havent tried the food but a lot of items were available and have seen decent Crowd in their restaurant. Room has a really nice ambience and perfect lightening for every mood.The most important reason i prefer this hotel is due to its nearness from the metro station. Its ease my convince as the station is 100 metre from the momos. Zomato and swiggy order are delivered directly to the room and dishes are provided complimentary from the hotel even for outside food orders. My opinion must stay if you are in this area.

Also it has sufficient rooms for stay which are divided among Club, Deluxe and Superior category. The ambience of the restaurant is good and it is operational 24x7. Finally the hotel has a swimming pool at the terrace. The hotel has a good reputation in Lucknow and it very close to Railway station.

Very Unhappy Customer! Book 2 nights here but had to check out and shift in a day. The Hotel is moving on a very slow pace and autopilot. You ask for something and take good sleep, still you wouldnt get it as they have already forgotten what youve asked for. Rooms are dirty and dingy. Dirty shower glass panels, faucet... When you see dust in the room when you check in, its evidence of very very poor management & maintenance. Would not return!!!

Four star hotel with three star hotel experience;There are two buildings of same hotel so the second main building is lacking management.Receptionist (She) dont know whats happening in the hotel, whether rooms are vacant or not she literally begged someone on call to confirm room.Rooms are not pre-checked before handing over keys to customers;safety locks dont work, bathrooms are not maintained as you expext from a 4 star hotel, exterior windows are cloudy; evidence of poor management.The only reason to recommend this hotel should be its location, staff behavior and food; any thing else is stretching your imagination far and beyond.

Please increase your menu as you are having a four star dining but number of dishes is very less, also the food taste is average it has to be increase. Local Food Vendors tastes better than your Restaurant. The only thing you are okay is that Presentation. Noodles and Chicken Chilli at Marksmen are way much better than your one. Please look into your food taste and variety.

Just an average property but priced little high as per their service is concern. Rooms were just ok. Main concern is of washroom area and cleanliness. The entry gate to washroom is little tight. Room interiors was just average. Breakfast was nice but In-room dining is very expensive.They may keep you waiting for long while doing check-in and check-out. Location of hotel is prime and Hazratganj main market is approx 2-3 km from this hotel.

Its a beautiful place for party and picnic and also for business meetings.

This is just an OK property to stay during your trips. Rooms are ok, but the bathing area is concern, its small and little bit unplanned. The bathing taps of shower was not easy to operate. Food is very expensive for in-room dining. Staff is little untrained and you have to wait for min 30-45 min for check-in and check-out. Gym area was not functional.

Recently family function and stay was organised here.Pathetic service.Manager was having no relationship with management.No water supply.Flush was not working.AC was off to save bills .We will raise concern with Tourism Ministry as well to degrade rating to 1 star hotel and no future booking with these frauds .Dont insult my Lucknow name..just dont do it .

Hygienic rooms and peaceful ambience, all the facilities like Gym, Pool, Banquets, Bar etc are available. The service at the restaurant is a little slow, but the food was delicious. Overall a good stay experience.

Honestly, never been inside. Was known as Tulip Inn, now known as Golden Tulip. From what Ive heard the whole place has been redone & refurbished, and is quite economical too. The location is amazing.

The property is very good however the management has not maintained it properly. I have been to this hotel twice and both the time it has issues related to cleanliness. The bathroom not cleaned properly and has stains everywhere. Also, the water kettle was dirty.The breakfast options was pretty good.

StayIng in this hotel for 5 days in last 9 days....they always give excuse for AIR CONDITION...they say its goverment protocol to switch off AIR CONDITION....Over all experience in normal day was ok....but this is suffering...its suffocating they provide fans instead of a.c....Dont try to book this hotel in covid times...try hotels with seprate room a.c...4 star or 5 star hotels dont have arramgements like this....Poor service....

Decent Property,Poor Service,24/7 dinning is not available,I was supposed to check in on 2 PM but I was late and even then room was not ready.On one occasion their staff just barged in using master key as I didnt answer his call since I was using washroom.So lack of professnalism is clearly evident.

Hotel pictures from google and reality is quite opposite. I didnt find this place as what it looks through pictures. They had given me room which was joined with other room through door. You can even see what is happening in other room through key hole and listen to conversation in other room loud and clear. Room was not good both in perspective of ambience and privacy. I had visited this hotel in winter season so thought of using room heater. Well it never heats room. Breakfast buffet is horrible with very less options available and that too horrible. I should advice hotel management to stay with their family in such room and then they feel concerns. Else for visitors if you dont want to waste your money here then pls avoid it.

Old building not managed properly

Great food, has the best sambar I have ever had, Dont get tea here(its not great). All measures taken against Covid. Close to a lot of restaurants and food chains like Dominos and Subway, Has an underground metro station beside it, Also has a banquet hall for events. But pool is closed and gym has an old city view.

Worst experience ... rep on the desk was unaware of basic thing .. was found very casual .. i asked the rep on call regarding weather the hotel is pet friendly or not .. it was confirmed by him that it is a pet friendly hotel .. once we reached the location abd reconfirmed it he was again reconfirmed it .. but when we brought the pet ... it was denied saying that .. he was not able to understand PET FRIENDLY . Which caused a lot of discomfort at the middle of the night . Managing staff should seriously look into it ..atleast ro keep a rep who can atleast understand customers requirement .. not to create trouble.

Hotel service is not good. If you ask for water, they will provide after several reminders. However, the behavior of staff is good.

First time in my life I faced so much problem for such a short stay period of 1 day. First of all the key for my room was not working, secondly water stopped coming in toilet and electricity also went off for few minutes. To the credit of there staff all these were solved almost immediately, but these things should not have happened in the first place . Rest the food was nice and staff was prompt and courteous.
