Very poor service. infact I beleive they dont have any support system available for resolving technical issues. For payment collection they have organised team but when you ask for solution of any technical issues the answer you will get office khulne par pata chalega . Third class service & suggestion from my side is dont take subscription of DEN at all.

It does not deserve any star. Extremely bad service by Den Operators. No response of calls. Since last 3 weeks we are calling for recharge bit no response.

Worst cable network. Not even worth a single star. No timely service. The local operator does not picks up the calls. They have this employee named Govind who does not how to talk to his customers. My advise would be to not go for this service.
