I had very poor experience there. Although my laptop started working again but the dell executive simply loot the customers. They dont explain the issue and said it was simple connect /disconnect thing. However they charged alot for it.Services like these will really raise question on the customer experience of Dell as a brand

These people at Nesco are nothing other than robbers. I purchased a laptop 5 months back and it has already been gone to dell service center twice. They promise you something and after you purchase the product they will change there promises. They told me that a pffer is going on when I was purchasing a laptop which can extend the warranty by two year. That means the total warranty will be of 3 yers but after purchase when I applied for the offer with dell they simply refused saying the offer isnt applicable on this laptop. Thats it. Dell and its stores are all robbers. Go for some other brand or else suffer.
