A beautiful view. you can see both mosques from the terrace. the service is very nice and always tries to offer a good service. the food is okay but the view is better than the food 😁I didnt say that in a bad way

I absolutely love this restaurant. I come often, the price is right and the food is absolutely delicious. The view is amazing you can see the blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia from the terrace. The restaurant is clean, modern and the customer service is spot on. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone from anywhere in the world who comes to visit Istanbul.

One of few restaurants which allowed customers eat inside. It overlooked Aya Sofia from 5th floor terrace, and it is inside, so can dine in warm. And best of all, there are elevators, and no need to climb up 5th floor.The food was slightly higher then other places we ate, but the quality of food was better and worth paying for the extras.The waiter was very attentive and could explain and suggest for the food for us.

Only Great view on top but the food is really bad. I was so excited when I came up and plus the service was sucks don’t order shrimp ,chicken curry and kabab I left the food and I got food from the next door 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I know turkey 🇹🇷 has really delicious food but I will not recommend anyone here .....

TERRIBLE customer experience.The guy who told us to come upstairs said that the food was fresh and hookahs were the best. We wanted to give it a shot. First of all, the place is so dark that we required our phone flashlights. The food was terrible, nothing is fresh. Mint lemonade tasted powdered and orange was definitely old or rotting. When we brought it up they gave us trouble but eventually just took it back. Hookahs were brought out and though they were overpriced, we figured it was okay cause it was a rooftop cafe and theyre generally more expensive. 2 of ours were great but one tasted incredibly burnt. We asked it be changed to our waiter and he got incredibly unprofessional and snippy with us. He said its not their fault we dont like it. The waiter tried to help us but the manager told him to walk away cause they have other customers. They both continued to ignore us. We confronted the manager he stuck up his middle finger. We were there for a total of 20 minutes max and just got our hookahs and already had this experience. We said were just going to leave and he said hes calling the police and locked the door. He claimed its his country and he can do as he pleases. We paid and left. WARNING.

Honestly, worst experience in Istanbul: I have orderded a Lamb meal, it was full of lamb fat to replace the real meat. I gave it back and they said they would not charge it. My husband have ordered lamb and chicken skewer in one plate they charged him two separate meals! The meal with the lamb and another with the chicken, when he only had one meal, they just wanted to charge more to make more money, they are not honest and have the audacity to offer a tea when they try to steal your money at the same time. He paid 165 liras for one added lamb skewer. Run.

The views of this place were absolutely stunning. I recommend to go to this place if you want a good view of the Blue Mosque. In terms of food they were good. A little salty then wed prefer but still good. The man downstairs bringing people I was really nice, so were the staff. I had the stuffed chicken which was really tasty. The mash potatoes were more on the lumpy side so that could do with improving. Good value for money considering location and view.

It would be 5 stars but one of our meals was not right. They removed it and served extra tea etc which was nice. Views are good and cosy atmosphere. Lift up if you want it.

We stopped in here on our first day in town and had a great meal with fabulous service overlooking the mosques and other historical highlights. The rooftop is great for capturing some photos. If you need a rug or a coat, then stop in on any one of the three floors below the restaurant.

Never in my life have I EVER experienced service like this. This “restaurant” gets their business from tourists but treats them horribly. We were walking by and the man standing outside called us over which is typical in this area. We decided to give it a shot little did we know it would ruin our night. We went up to the terrace with horrible lighting we used flashlights to look at the menu. We ordered dessert and shisha. Our lemonade came and we told them it tasted rotten so they took it back then the shisha came. It was the worst tasting shisha I’ve ever had so we told them it’s really bad can you try it. He said no it’s not bad then we asked if we could exchange it. He said that he’d exchange it if we pay full price then the manager came over and told our water to walk away in a different language. So we told the manager if he could change it out. Then he told us get out and he flipped his middle finger at me and my family. He got mad that we asked to take away the rotten lemonade and the bad hookah. So we said we’re leaving he then continued to lock the door and said he’s calling the police. We said we’re paying the bill and leaving he then handed us our bill of 550 lira for 3 hookahs and he charged us 50 lira tax. We told him we’re tourists and we don’t pay tax he said this is my country you do what I want you don’t belong here. He then followed us out and called the next restaurant we went to and told them to refuse us service. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Beware please from one tourist to another.

The personnel were very kind and nice as well as the restaurant itself, food was very delicious, the only I can do is to recommend this one to everybody.

Food was lacking in flavor and was a little uncooked. If management can fix the taste of their food this place would be 5 stars

Beautiful view over the central square but dissapointing conditions and food. Half of the tables - the ones in front of the windows - had white seating. But thair fabric was so used and stained that it had become almost black. We had a tough job looking around to change our chairs. This « detail » really gave a poor quality vibe to the place. 2ndly, not all the meat was prepared on the spot, as my Adana was cold and dry.On the positive side, the humus and salad were very good.

The food was very delicious. I especially liked the Iskander Kebab. The view from the restaurant really is a highlight of my trip. Wait staff very friendly. They provide wifi for free. No complains whatsoever.

The best thing about this restaurant is the view. Its like you sitting in the street and blue mosque is just on the horizon.Food is good, but not the best you can get in Istanbul, 20% markup for view.The elevator is pretty old and scary to get on. The enterance is awkwardly located inside a carpet shop.

Nice view, tasty meals. BUT! The prices in menu do not include v.a.t. (is it tax or what?) It is 10% more. I consider it as cheating. The customer should know in advance how much he will pay, especially when prices are already higher than average.

Its all about view and friendly service! It would be a quest to find the entry.My friends had a couple of cocktails that are actually very overpriced (less alcohol than it should by the recipe). Filter coffee is awful( Prices do not include VAT (+10% to the price). You can smoke inside.

Best dining experience in 4 days of Istanbul.The street PR is also waiting and is very kind, not overly persuasive or harrasing.We ordered kofte guvec and vegetarian guvec along with kunefe and pistaccio dream for dessert.The portions were large and veeeeeeery tasty, 10/10. we also received lots of free apetisizers.The bill was 310 TL and it has 100% worth it!Next time i come in Istanbul i will definetly eat here again

Beautiful views. Make sure you go all the way up to the top floor if you want views unobstructed by the light strands. I had the clay pot lamb which was delicious and came with a beautiful presentation! Very reasonably priced... Was honestly expecting a more expensive menu.

Fantastic food, the service was on point and the serene setting made the experience even more magical. We were served by a fantastic waitress called zainab, probably one of the best waitresses in istanbul. The steaks we had were in a league of their own and the spaghetti was traditional & authentic. Will visit this place again and advise everyone to visit the terrace.

A unique location is the key asset of the Terrace. Nothing compares to view of the Blue Mosque. You can also (partly) see the Hagia Sophia.We had beer, coffee and Turkish tea. Good.Staff is polite and attentive.The Terrace is quite pricey - well, location :-)

I can recommend this great restaurant if you are in Istanbul and in the Sultan Home district. Here is the top service and lovely food with amazing views to the Blue Mosque. Yunus was attentive and told us what we should experience here in Istanbul before leaving home to Norway. I would definitely come to Istanbul and this restaurant since this was just a weekend trip with the girls.

Booked a table in the morning with the guarantee I would get the window table at 20.30. Come in and the staff say I didnt even book the table. In the end they confirmed I called the correct place, and I had the correct number. They just didnt reserve the table. Its a shame it looks like a good place, but management is alittle poor.

Beautiful view not so expensive

Food is ok and to be fair the prices are reasonable aswell for saying that they have a terrace with a good view of Blue Mosque and Ayasofya. However, I feel the level of service is inconsistent from the waiters. Will be trying elsewhere before I return in couple months time.

The view is nice. The waiters are friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable - 130 tl for 2 persons with soft drinks.Shrimp sauté and grilled vegetables tasted very good. But the testi kebap was disappointing: firstly, they served us beef instead of lamb. It was chewy, not like gentle young lamb. Secondly, when the waiter cracked the clay pot open and put the meat on the plate it was barely warm, not boiling hot as it is supposed to be if cooked in that pot. It means it was precooked and staffed there later. Which is ok, since we have no time to wait until it is cooked for several hours in a traditional way - but still cold.

The view was nice but the service was bad. The menu has limited options and not much to offer for Turkish food. Even though tip is not mandatory in many places this place includes it in their bill.
