They have a chain of restaurants across country and visited this restaurant on recommendation from a friend.Ambience - Located on the ground floor of Rohtas Summit where many cafes, bakeries and restaurants are operational and this is a spacious setup with seating arrangements to accommodate people going in groups. The ambience is really nice and decor was based on the culture of cities through which GT road passes. The restaurant had pictures of those cities. There was a vintage car parked inside the restaurant which went well with the ambience.Food - The BBQ had a good spread and the staff promptly kept on bringing the items with/without being asked. I particularly liked Chicken Burra! Main course was just fine and there were plenty of dessert option to chose from.Service - The service was prompt and the staff kept wearing a smile while serving the food. They were flexible in giving us a desired place to sit.Overall, a great experience and made the day memorable.

Buffet and alacarte both are available.. drinks licensed..good food.. nice variety..loved the prawns.. kebabs..and dahi chutney papdi..buffets are reasonable..veg for 850 non veg for 900 per person..

Food was not that good,The person serving raj kaochori was not wearing any gloves and was having big dirty nails. It is not the worth of money you are paying.They are trying to copy bbq nation but cant even copy the taste.Service is damm slow, we were waiting for butter naan and it took ages for them to bring it.Only good thing is they serve everything in cooper utensils.Food was not cooked properly me and my friends had stomach issues after having dinner.

Last day I went G T road to celebrate my birthday. It was a poor experience.When I was visit there, they look like too busy. But there is not too people, few family and people was there. They couldnt ask even about any special day!They are not even attending well.Foods are average! We are asking about every foods. They are not serving well!People who have thoughts in their mind to celebrate ur day with this Gt road! Dont waste your day!!Never ever!

The decor and ambiance is something that will surprise you once you get in but the novelty wears off soon as its the usual all you can eat affair.The food, well the starters are decent enough, cause some items are well made and some especially the items kept on grill were dry and uninteresting, but the main course is seriously lacking in taste and quality, talking about main course non veg here cause I didnt try veg.Overall, fit for a one time visit.

A crowded restaurant with confined space with live BBQ. Lots of chattering noises , not suitable if youre looking for a quiet place to eat. Otherwise the food is great, mostly starters and sweet(both of them have many options) but for main there arent enough options and drinks are available as an add-on only, not included in the package.for Veg buffet is of 850/- and non veg would be 950/- per person.

You will enjoy or love the starter which is the best part.Main Course is good.Sweetness in sweets are toooo much so sweetness in Desert should be optimized.

If I say that this place is the King of Buffets then I might not be wrong in the longer run. From our welcome, warmth and seating, to the food, ambience and staff behaviour, everything was on point. We were deliberately looking out for points of mismanagement, but to our surprise, we couldnt.The place serves ethnic buffet menu from the places connected by the Grand Trunk Road, and the taste was to kill for. The meat items were tender and seemed as if they were not at all frozen. The gravy had a good blend of spices. The food was properly demarcated and categorized for NV/Veg lovers. Overall, a good place to sit if youre looking out for peace of mind and a full stomach. Even the drinks (which were out of buffet menu) were easy on the pocket. For 6 people the bill was around 4700, which is okay if all of them were struggling to get up after the dinner. I would also like to suggest that the restaurant should add drinks to the menu too.

The GT road came lately to Lucknow. The buffet is a new trend so as per this they serve amazing food..@thegtroad_lko Is a big brand.I got to this place for the lunch buffet ..First- All the starters were awesome, they serve only one round drink..Second- All the maincourse were not served hot, they lacked in taste, @thegtroad_lko Must look into it.Third- Desserts had a huge variety and all were very good in taste.

Rahul yadav and abhay served well.5 star for servers only but food was not tasty at all.

Another Barbeque Nation sibling serving the same kind of concept. Barbeque at the table and then salads and main course.The only reason I am giving not giving 5 stars is the dessert section. That is a let down when compared to places like Barbeque Nation and Pirates of Grill.

Hi,Our 1st experience of visit to GT Road restaurant at Lucknow for a business lunch on 14 March21.Ambience was good, staff extremely helpful and courteous. But food quality not acceptable be it paneer tikka, or non veg starters or dal makhani or the chicken biryani etc. etc.We are disappointed indeed.What needs improvement is proper marinated barbecue, salt hi in some food and less in others...the biryani has to improved to be awadhi...Hope the management and F&B will look seriously into this!Sorry if I have heart somebody...Rajeev Shukla

Great place for barbeque lovers in Lucknow. Superb ambience, on the toes service by extremely polite staff.Great variety in veg and non veg kebabs. The buffet menu is also great and excellent. Hot rotis in different varieties served right from the kitchen. Very spacious and comfortable.The drinks menu is also nice.A high end place.

The food and ambience is good; makes you feel like youre in some fancy dhaba. Concept is great; popular dishes from the cities connected by the GT Road are served, hence is a very different buffet experience with desi Indian food and also breaks the monotony of going to the usual buffets like BBQ Nations in Lucknow. Delhi GT Road (at CP) is wayyy better though.

The G.T.Road is a good fine-dine restaurant, however still way-behind to its counterparts e.g. Barbeque Nation, Pirates of Grill etc..Pros - 1. Good Menu & Food 2. Great AmbienceCons - 1. Slow & Inattentive Service. 2. Higher price point vis a vis similar restaurants.

Its a buffet restaurant with variety of veg & non veg starters, main course and deserts. Its basically based upon the concept of cities located near the Grand trunk road. They provide almost all the variety located near GT road. The food here is delicious. I bet no one can taste all the items they provide in one time. The ambience is fantastic.Staff here are very polite and super helpful. I visited this restaurant 3 times and one staff (Ankit) helped me a lot with menu.This restaurant is must visit for buffet lovers.

Awesome place

Firstly cleanliness is the most important factor missing here. I didnt have the food after starters, as the plates were dirty and filth sticking on to them, even after trying 4 different plates from the different stacks, none was clean. I regret coming here on a friends invite turned out to be a big embarrassment for him in front of his guests. The waiters were much agressive on complaining than the owners who were only concerned about bill payment and not the quality of the food and cleanliness. I didnt even find a single Pest Control Machine or Fly Catcher Here. Not Recommended place from me. Dont be fooled by the shiny and rusty interiors, its better to not eat than eat on filthy plates and God knows about the cleanliness of the Kitchen.
