Awesome hotel. Great service. Nice spa. Did not like the dining too much, the inroom dining and ground floor bar cage can not boast with good quality food. The burgers were dry and crude, salads underwhelming and appetizers too poor. Nothing was tasty in particular. Local wines choice is the only thing on the top. The breakfast service and food choice is fine but nothing fancy.

Place is actually very good. Location is good, close to everything. Rooms were comfortable and clean most importantly. Prices are OK for 5 star hotel. Can recommend it if you can afford it.

Cant complain about the quality of services provided and amenities. 2 things I would suggest isBathroom should have a door or a shower curtain.Proper GOOGLE MAP address.Other than these 2 faults, everything else was good..

While staying at Golden Palace Yerevan, the most beautiful and comfortable hotel in Yerevan, I wished I could share the sweetest moments in my life with my closest friends on my birthday party. I entrusted the organization of my birthday party entirely to the hotel staff. I chose to spend the beautiful morning of my birthday at the Lobby Bar “Arctic” , where the architectural mixture of colors and the sound of the fountains, the multiple lights, and the warm atmosphere made me feel at home. The phone customer service is awful and useless... I am from Lebanon and we wanted to go to Armenia in the summer. I inquired on 6:00 pm 20/July/2019 and the person (Nareg) on the line was brain dead!!! 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE... UNACCEPTABLE for the well known Radison Blu hotel and its well known high international standards!!! I believe that the management will deal with this issue.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Didt have any issues with service as well. Everybody was very helpful and friendly.

The room was very nice, the room service was very good, the reception was ok. SPA is very nice (pool, sauna).The breakfast style is completely not my style, so I didnt enjoy it at all. The fdod from the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good.

Thats new brand hotel. Hospitality is like other hotels in Yerevan. Food quality is good. Rooms are clean. Good view and atmosphere but far from city center.

One of the worst stays in last 10 yrs. The rooms given to us were not checked properly. The hand shower was leaking from the movement we checked in and was rectified only next day. A/c in the room was not at all as per expectation and even after complaint it was not rectified. The worst was the breakfast on the 12-07-2018 @ Mosquitoes & Flies all over the buffet breakfast. i have pictures taken can upload if someone really wants to see them.

New hotel in a nice location, not in the centre of the city therefore has pleasant garden and outdoor leisure area; most of the staff are very friendly and helpfulNOTE: dont take excursion services arranged by the reception staff, its just a scam; a driver will you up, drop you in a location and return you to the hotel for triple the price and interestingly the transaction is done in cash..... you can guess the rest.

Clean, nice big rooms. The location is not perfect vis à vis the centre, but cheap taxis in Yerevan solve that problem.

The place was nice, but the the restaurant/bar didnt have a working POS to charge a credit card.

We have booked for 5 days from 18 November 4 pm, to 23 November 12 pm , we were not happy with our room actually it was a connecting room and despite I asked the reception of the hotel to change our room, she didnt pay attention to our request and we could not sleep because of the noise and loud voice of the next room.Also we didnt have great and warm welcome.the lady ( tall with long black hair) who has checked in our room was not friendly and she was so serious and grumpy and she didnt incline to help or guide or trend to answer our questions even to say good morning 😃It was unbelievable for 5 star hotel to hire such an impolite staff who doesnt know the basic principles for greeting people.Low hospitalityGreat breakfastRoom service was okThe room was cleanBeautiful viewGood restaurant serviceGood Gym and poolEventually I am not sure to back to this hotel again because customer service is the first and most important priority for me.

All in all, the hotel is ok.But Id like to share my bad experience with Yerevan city to whom it may concern. Some taxi drivers are dishonest and cheater. So if you like to go to Yerevan be careful about them.

Nice location, away from the bustle of the center, but 5 minutes by car. Near Victory Park, where you can walk and enjoy the view of the city.

The hotel is located near the center in the park, located on the mountain. Therefore, it is better to get to the center by taxi, which is inexpensive - about 500 drams, about 70 rubles. There is no word, the hotel is simply wonderful, arranged in a great place, as you check in the hotel you do not want to leave it because all the amenities are inside. In our opinion, the best hotel in Yerevan. A new, very good infrastructure, the restaurant knows how to cook steaks correctly (unfortunately, in Armenia there is a tendency to live through meat if it’s not barbecue), very quiet. Do not think that the hotel is far from the center, descend along the Cascade and go through Opera to the Republic Square, it will take 20 minutes, a pleasant walk through the beautiful streets.

The hotel is not bad, but not 5 stars. In a room for two, one bathrobe, four towels for two, toothbrushes were brought after the third request. Refrigerator ... Locked! 😨 open at the request 😂😂😂 well, a lot of little things, not very important, but which even in a good four are, but not here. The pool is not bad. True, the floor in the wet area is very slippery. The child fell ... and the adults are constantly slipping.
